Everything was good, the room was big and spacious, staff helpful. A little "dated" but everything clean and comfortable. Good location, good wifi. And I was nicely surprised to have a whole kitchenette area in the room.

Everything was good, though being asked repeatedly for positive booking reviews, both at checkout and later via whatsapp - was frankly irksome. I'm travelling, give me some time, i'll get to it... But yeah, no big deal, everything was fine.

there is an issue where when checking out, an employee checks the minibar to check if anything was taken to be paid by us,, i was surprised to know that there was a product missing , and i had to pay for it , while i am 100% sure that i did not take anything from the mini bar , and this issue occured at other hotels too , not only this one .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the second time, and overall, my experience was quite pleasant. I must tell that the overall experience, as the reasonable pricing and central location certainly contribute to making it a favorable choice. I look forward to the possibility of returning in the future. I wish them a continued success in providing exceptional service to the guests.

In room 604 there was a water leak in the bathroom, and in room 605 the TV broadcast was unclear, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Location is great, right in the middle of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants in Hamra. The room was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Hotel has character.

Breakfast is rather average. The water temperature in the shower was difficult to adjust.

The location is good, central near to the city attractions, and clean.The staff are friendly and helpful.

Not accepting paying by cards sometimes. The air conditioning is not working properly .

The room was exceptionally clean and they offered us coffee,water and tea for free not included in the charge. Also the receptionist was really sweet and let me check in 2-3 hrs earlier. I highly recommend the hotel for any type of stay
