Location in Hamra ok, staff very nice and accomodating (offered me late checkout). Did not go to the pool, but this would be an advantage. Reasonably good value for money. They seem to be trying to improve, which is a plus.

There is no hotel parking, even though it is mentioned as a facility - i was forced to park on a street next to the hotel. Poor lighting and very noisy at night (not hotel's fault). Room.a little run-down, sheets with holes in them.

In the middle of Beirut , convenient location ,very comfortable hotel. I appreciate the Hotel's courteous staff especially their main driver Mr. Nashaat Tarabay ; he is truly the Jewel of Royal Garden Hotel. He offers the best services a guest can get in a hotel, very welcoming & helpful, offers honestly friendly advices regarding currency conversion, places to Visit and so. When my Taxi was late he helped me to call him & checked on me till reaching the airport safely on time. Also the staff fulfilled all the requests at top priority. They made my stay one of the best experiences to have in Al-Hamra . Nice atmosphere in the lobby , all utilities are there 24/7 (Electricity & Water). Thanks for your receptivity. Highly recommended Hotel.

Breakfast could have more variety but it was good value for money all in all. Wifi is weak sometimes in room but works quite well in the reception ground floor & Cafe.

Staff name Salin was extremely nice human being, she was ready to help in anyway that impressed me . I was having some personal issues but the way she approached by offering water , calling to my room to check on me if I am comfortable with the room etc , that was lovely. Next day during check out I couldn’t see her to thank her personally, but hopefully I will come back again soon 👍😘🇱🇧

It was nice, the staff were helpful and polite and it was surrounded by a bunch of great places examples:(shawarma booths, pharmacy’s for my dad, and much more) and also the rooms were nice cool, the television shows were nice and the room I stayed has a balcony

Internet connection because it depends, if it’s during the day then it’s not good, but at night it’s still weak but better then the day, only one problem

First of all, the location was absolutely phenomenal, the room was nice and tidy, the decor was amazing, and finally the service was super helpful with everything and always went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met properly!

Simply put, there is nothing bad I could say about this hotel! It really exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

One thing i dont like it in the another room make so muche noice and so much music in night and in morning in the 6 clock that thing dont make me sleep too much

The lovely service of the people working there and the convenience of its location, middle of Beirut, almost everywhere is walkable

Stayed one night and was very satisfied with my room. The staff is top teir...friendly and always ready to help. I definitely recommend Royal Garden!
