The view was nice from the room and food that I ordered was also very good. The staff were amazing, very attentive with top notch customer service. The beach area was nice and I would ignore any reviews about the sea being dirty, if the see has litter all the sea has it and not specific to this hotel . The pool area was so relaxing with a touch of coolness.

Any request from your room took very long and always having to chase up. The water was not running one day but as soon as I called reception it was sorted immediately.

It is nice to be out of the bustle of the city and have a full view of the sea and sky. The rooms are very nice, modern and well-equipped. The breakfast is listed on booking.com as 'continental', but it is an impressive buffet of anything one could possibly wish to eat. The staff was helpful. The free airport shuttle makes things easy. The pool is lovely and well maintained. The sushi at the resto-bar was top-notch. I appreciate what it takes to offer the services given the current crisis, e.g., no power cuts and only a few hours without wifi during an 8-day stay.

The resto-bar plays music (of course) so you may wish to ask for a quiet room if you are a light sleeper, so you don't get a room facing that side of the hotel.

This is probably the best hotel in the city. It is not cheap, but definitely worth to stay for a couple of nights. Thanks to the magnificent crew, I was feeling like at home :-))) Thank you, will be back soon!

everything was amazing.

the only drawback that was very apparent is the room service, extremely slow they take 1 hour to get me water and the other day they totally forgot my order and I had to ask for it after another hour saying that they forgot. should have way more better room service for the price you pay..!

It is the staff who make this hotel and not the hotel itself. Impeccable manners, outstanding customer service. I have never come across such attentive, responsive, smart, kind and dutiful individuals. They made our stay truly memorable. I thank them all individually and a heartfelt thanks to Chadi Khoury; a kind human being and brilliant at customer interface and organizing his staff.

Rooms, cleanliness, decor, facilities and food.

The staff was fabulous and very accommodating. They tended to every need. When I asked where I can take a PCR test for my flight, they offered to send someone to me rather than having to drive to a lab center. It was so convenient and simple. The food at the buffet was fresh and a great variety. And the bartenders made fabulous drinks. This is a great place for international tourists. Everyone speaks English and French. Felt very comfortable despite Covid restrictions.

reception was very nice and helpful, they took us to the room and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. we asked for late checkout and they catered for us the timing with no extra charges. The rooms were very clean and the view was amazing. We also went to the spa, the service was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
