My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and overall we were satisfied. It is a beautiful hotel in Achrefiah, one of the most wonderful locations on this side of the city. Within walking distance of the hotel are Gemmayzeh, National Museum, Mineral museum and many other attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Usually the most critical issue is electricity in Beirut and there is no problem with electricity in this hotel. As two people who do not know Beirut at all, we think we made the right decision by choosing this unpopular hotel. Special thanks to Abed, Joe Azzar, Bassam. Türkiye'den selamlar.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have slippers and shampoo, but they will provide them for you if you ask.

Great staff, they were super helpful. The room is very well equipped, I felt very comfortable during my stay.

Electricity outage, it usually came back within few minutes, but a couple of times it took few hours to come back. But I do understand this is the current situation in Lebanon, so it was fine with me. The location is in a nice neighborhood, however I struggled to find a nice coffee place within few walking minutes, but it’s ok, with an uber, I could easily reached anywhere in Beirut within few minutes.

This is an excellent choice and very good value for money. The apartment was comfortable and well set up, with a lovely green private balcony. It would be perfect for a longer stay. I was particularly impressed by how helpful the staff were. I had to leave very late at night and they went out of their way to accomodate me and find me a taxi.

The location was great and the staff were very helpful and polite especially Abed, he was so professional at the same time he was very friendly and helpful.

There was a fairly easy check in process, although I arrived in the middle of the night. The area is very safe, surrounded by military zones, so you know you are looked after. The owner was also very nice to let us have 1 day free of charge as we were leaving just for 1 day in the middle of our stay.

There were no toiletries provided in the apartment although we stayed over a week. The cleaning schedule was a bit random and 2 days around Christmas nobody came to clean the apartment. Parking is very narrow under the building, do not recommend if you have a large car.

As mentioned in a previous review, helpful staff but you may need to reach them via WhatsApp. The room is comfortable and it was right for our needs. There were scheduled power outages which we were able to take in stride. Wifi worked when power was off, but had issues in the early morning after the outage.

Everything was perfect. The staff was nice and very helpful. The location is also nice, everywhere you can go on foot. The room was clean and there was hot water all the time.

Helpful staff, nice layout, great location in Ashrafieh. Cool AC when electricity was working. The room is well insulated. This was just what we needed.

It was not always easy to reach reception. We didn’t know where to leave keys upon departure. Schedule power outages need to be announced more clearly upon reservation.
