The location is more than perfect; The view from the terrace was of the Vaduz castle and the main street. The room is large and clean. The TV had many channels in different European language; The breakfast was perfect

Electric kettle is missing in the room; What worries me is that there is no reception, no one to talk to about the conditions. The wi-fi password is only displayed on the TV screen in the room, but I needed the internet when I checked in. Outside the EU, I had no roaming. When there is no one at the reception, what happens if I leave the room and forget my card inside? I did not see any staff anywhere on the day I arrived.

Location. Size of room. Balcony & Views. Shower. Large bright bathroom. Comfortable and large bed. Lots of clothing storage. Fast and good coverage of wifi. Breakfast was included. Good response time for customer service via booking messenger.

No staff/front desk. Self service computer for checking in. Language translation wasn't working for all the sections. Not easy to use or type on the touch screen. No option to contact staff for assistance or an issue during the check in process. (I did mention customer service was great and prompt via the booking message option though) Somewhat higher on the expensive side price wise, so it would have been nice to see welcome staff at reception to assist and get you checked in. But the location couldn't be beat.

Breakfast was buffet style but was pretty good; fresh juices, fresh fruit, eggs and breakfast sausages cooked perfectly, variety of breads that were NOT stale but fresh, coffee was good. Staff was nice. Room was clean and bathroom was nice especially with heated floors. Location was perfect. Available parking was a huge plus.

The bed mattress foundation had the wooden lattice or leafs, they kept falling out causing the mattress to fall in. These beds should have a reinforced bar(s) or truce(s) to keep the two long sides together. Twice I had to put this system back, 5 to 7 pieces, together. On one instance I was getting out of bed and the mattress collapsed. The other time was when I went to roll over. Not the fault of the hotel, but the enginuity of said bed. These can be remedied quite easily

The self-check-in is very convenient like the hotel location which is amazing, right in the city center of Vaduz. The place was very clean, comfortable and modern. I loved all the information we had available like brochures and maps of the city. The internet was excellent too. And thank you for the free apple at the main lobby!

Just a bit more expensive than what we were expecting but the truth is that the excellent breakfast truly compensates that. Also, please notice that the process of self check-in in English had an entire list of questions to complete written in German (well, it looked like German but they were words with typos, probably a flaw in the program) that we skipped and it worked in the end., but we were scared not to be able to actually check in!

The room and the bathroom were very big and spacious. Big comfortable bed. The window view was towards the main square and the castle on the hill. The location is just near the town hall. No issues with any facilities, nor during check-in - the machine worked perfectly, I just entered my name and ID, selected the number of keys I needed, payed with my credit card and it issues my room card. There was a family before me, thou, which struggled with the machine check-in getting some mandatory field which no one could understand what they were, and there was no staff to help. The breakfast was diverse. They also have a small wellness in the basement which you can use for free - it only has one sauna and some lounge beds but you can drink tea and eelax in the nice atmosphere. There are lockers to leave your luggage after check-out (you need 1 CHF or 1 EUR which you get back once you collect your luggage).

Right in the centre of Vaduz with views of the castle. Our room was a good size & we liked the bathrobes & comfy bed. The bathroom was nice. Breakfast was good - we're vegetarian & there were still options for us including cereal, yoghurts, fruit, eggs and bread. Free car parking is appreciated.

The room was hot & we couldn't turn the heating down. We had the window open but couldn't have it open all night due to noise/smells from people smoking nearby. The card machine in the self check-in area was broken. Luckily a member of staff was around who lent us her mobile phone to call the company. They checked us in over the phone but it took a while & it inconvenienced the staff member who had to wait around 10 minutes for her phone back.

Great location with parking. Super easy self checkin. Spacious room.

The only thing I wish I had realized was that there was not a mini fridge or kettle in our room. We were traveling with an infant and needed to make and store formula. I was able to use the coffee machine in the breakfast room for hot water and I used the “honesty bar” fridge to store the formula. This worked well until 3am when the baby needed more formula and the door to the breakfast area was closed and locked. We thankfully had a bottle of water in our room, so we were able to make up a bottle that way. If we hadn’t had that, I would have called the 24 hour number to see if they could have helped. Just something to keep in mind if you are traveling with small children.

The hotel has excellent views of Vaduz castle! Several shops, restaurants, and attractions are all nearby within walking distance and while the hotel mostly operates on a self-service theme, they do have a phone number which you can call at any time of day to have questions about the property, Vaduz, and Liechtenstein answered by a member of the hotel's staff. My room had a very comfy bed and the breakfast I ate was very filling. I also appreciate that free parking was available on site.

The property is a little pricey. Maybe this is typical for Liechtenstein (and certainly for neighboring Switzerland), but do be aware that getting a room here might cost you a bit more than what is typical for a similar room in other nearby countries in Western and Central Europe. That said, I still feel that staying here was well worth it!

The self-check-in process was smooth and the room was spacious enough. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options and quality food. Location is fantastic, right in the centre of town, and we could park our rental car on the premises.

The mattresses were on the cheaper side... we flipped them over so we wouldn't sink in the sulks in the middle of them. Also, the central heating left the room too warm and we couldn't control it. We ended up leaving the window open so we could sleep with comfort at night. Not the most eco-friendly solution, I'm afraid...

Excellent location in the center of Vaduz, you can walk to most important businesses there. Also pretty nice for just going for a walk. The rooms are small, but fantastically done - the whole place has an atmosphere of comfort. Everytime in Vaduz I stay at this place, for a good reason, it is really the most conveninet place to stay. Parking is in front of the door and probably the best parking lot you can find in the area.

Nothing really. Maybe the wellness center could be better done - a gym in the basement would be great.
