The hotel was in an excellent central location on the pedestrian area in Vaduz. The breakfast was very good with plenty choice and all staff were Fri and helpful. The breakfast room and restaurant were very nicely furnished.

Although we booked a standard room we were a little disappointed that we had no view at all from the window which looked straight into a tree-covered cliff face and had very little natural daylight. Having said that we enjoyed the rest of the hotel very much.

The staff is very friendly. The parking garage was a little hard to find but extremely convenient as it took you right to the door to get the elevator to check in. No getting wet if it's raining. I left some things in the safe by mistake, and they were quick to retrieve them and hold them for us safely. We were able to open the room's window, so the temperature was nice as we slept. Oh, the shower in our room was really cool! There is an opaque glass between the shower and the room. It's nice for couples!

It's a little pricey, but so is everything in Lichtenstein.

Convenient location in centre of Vaduz's main street. Room was clean and comfortable although not luxurious. No air-conditioning, but an electric floor-fan was in the room in case it was needed. Staff were very friendly - the best discovery was the remarkable Jens - receptionist, tour guide, and raconteur - a fascinating, multi-lingual man of many talents and backgrrounds, with hundreds of interesting and relevant stories - meeting him was undoubtedly the highlight of my trip to Liechtenstein!

Hotel was very over-priced for what it offered, but unfortunately so was everything else in this part of the world! Cross the nearby border into Austria for more "democratic" pricing. Acceptable, standard but unexceptional breakfast buffet - fresh juices would have been a nice addition, and the hot food should have been kept replenished without staff needing to be asked.

The location was great you could not get more central. The reception staff were friendly and helpful on my arrival. Room was hot but the fan gave good relief. Rooms are dated but for me this adds to the character of the hotel.

The Hotel was in the centre of town with underground parking and lift to the reception and accommodation floors. The room was very well equipped, comfortable and relaxing. Staff were particularly friendly, informative and efficient - a pleasure to interact with and benefit from. Food was absolutely excellent, the standard of the huge selection of items for breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Presentation for breakfast was superb. This review is to provide a huge 'Well Done' to the Hotel and our thanks for a visit to remember.

There is nothing negative about this hotel. Everyone provided exceptional service, the facilities were excellent, the food was delicious and presentation superb.

The hotel is located right in the middle of Vaduz- easy to walk to the bus stations and near musea, restaurants, cafés, the castle and the old Rhein bridge. Gorgeous view from our room. Staff is very friendly and the room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The restaurant of the hotel is also great and has many tasty options. We came to rest and take it easy, but also did some nice outings to Malbun and Triesenberg and visited shops and musea in Vaduz. Excellent and wonderful stay!

This is an excellent hotel. It has a very friendly atmosphere. There is parking under the hotel with lift access to reception - couldn't have been easier. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was straightforward but with lots of choice and of high quality. We would very happily stay here again.

We did ask for and got a quiet room, which backed on to the castle cliff. The front of the hotel is on the main pedestrian street and in low season (eg, early April) a front room would have been just as quiet, with the bonus of stunning mountain views. It might be noisier during the shoulder and high seasons.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds are comfortable. You have a lot of storage room and the breakfast was great with a lot of options. Location was in the center of town.

There are two bathrooms in the room we stayed in, one for the toilet and one for the shower. The toilet was fine, but the shower was a big problem. There are no doors, and there is a glass wall where the shower is. If you want privacy, you need to change in the shower. Open concept bathrooms are common in Europe, but it is still frustrating.

The hotel was very modern, quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is ideal, right on a main street of restaurants, shopping and museums with ample garage parking. There was a large variety of foods offered at the breakfast buffet, and a 24/7 coffee, tea and juice bar. The dinner we had the hotel's Bistro was excellent.

One of the best stays in my entire Europe trips. Specially the warm hospitality that we got from Sandra the receptionist and Sandra the manager. Very friendly, supportive and kind. The location was great, room size was big, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we stayed only one night, but will definitely come back for a longer period.
