The location of the hotel is great. The overall atmosphere is very nice. Our room was clean and our balcony had great views. The pool was really nice. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner and it was incredible. We were celebrating our engagement and there was truly no better place to celebrate. The setting of the restaurant was beautiful and the food was well worth the price tag. I will certainly never forget it. Our room was slightly small for the price but very clean.

The mini bar in the room was not complimentary which was disappointing due to the high cost of the room.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at during my years of traveling. Personalization and hospitality of dining staff and front desk are second to none. The owner went around during dinner and greeted all the guests, and even referred to me by name. Breakfast is great - pancakes and eggs made to order. Short walk to town (will be an uphill climb on the return!), short walk to castle (under construction), winery, and hikes nearby. The grounds are clean and pristine, hotel is located in a quiet, affluent neighborhood. Pool is small but quaint, with snacks provided. Also, I traveled with my dog and they provided bowls for water and food.

Having to leave. Also, that it had rained the night before, and my dog and I were unable to sit outside for meals because it was still wet outside (I would not have minded). AC didn't seem to cool the room, was more like a fan.

Hotel kindly upgraded my room for more space; spotless, comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of fluffy towels and a lovely view out over the town to the mountains from a terrace. Check-in staff explained every gadget in the room and offered me a 'refreshment towel' ice cold and lemony! Breakfast was delicious (although still not clear if there were eggs on offer ...) with plenty of options. The site is lovely with many flowers and trees.

Be prepared for a steep slog up the hill from the town centre (if carrying any luggage, TAKE A TAXI) to get to the hotel - tradeoff for the great view. It was quite easy to hear noise from other rooms and the hallway, so I wore earplugs and tried to keep my own volume (e.g. TV) down.

The location with the view of the Alps is spectacular. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The swimming area beautifully decorated and warm! The dinner and lunch were wonderful!! The bread and butter is memorable!

We would have appreciated better information about getting from Vaduz (the main bus stop) to the hotel. The cost of a taxi from the hotel to the bus stop (a few minutes away) at 20 CHF seemed excessive, though a relief after lugging the bags up the hill at arrival.

Breakfast was the best that I had on the trip. An excellent assortment to choose from, as well as eggs and pancakes that are cooked fresh. Ordering an oat milk latte was also not a problem. I also left my iPad Pro in the hotel room, and before I had made it to my next destination, I received an email from the service team. I received the iPad a few days later, well packaged and protected. I cannot thank the team enough.

Absolutely nothing. It is definitely a destination hotel and I wish we had more time there to enjoy the facilities.

The Park Hotel Sonnenhof is a treasure. Every detail is managed to perfection. The staff is friendly beyond expectations. The rooms are spacious and have an amazing view. A huge plus is the personal touch in a warm and friendly greeting by the owner, Madame Real.

I can't find anything to improve, except for a small detail again, the absence of a welcome drink.

Lovely hotel in well kept gardens overlooking Vaduz and a nice view to the castle. The food at dinner was excellent with a good choice of local wine. Breakfast was good.

Location - views from the hotel overlooking the town were good but it was too far and too steep to walk anywhere. The room only had a shower not a bath which I would have liked. Whilst the food at dinner was excellent our table felt like it was in the corridor with no view and a lot of waiting staff walking past.

Fantastic location, great staff, nice gardens and indoor pool. Easy to walk from here to key sites in Valduz. Amazing views across the valley and the mountains of Switzerland. We had a very relaxing stay.

These didn’t distract from an overall great mini-break. There are very limited options for vegans, although the food was good (better on the Friday night than the Saturday). I had the vegan option in the restaurant and the next night ordered the same and was then told no mash potato as it wasn’t vegan even though this is what I had been given the night before. There’s no non-cow milk at breakfast. The room was quite hot and stuffy and the air-con didn’t work well (in fairness we didn’t complain at the time). There’s no iron in the room although house-keeping did press our clothes quickly. Our room had obviously been adapted as there was a strange rail thing on the ceiling and plug sockets only on one side of the bed.

Breakfast is very good. room is comfortable. The sauna room and pool are very nice and comfortable. The hotel is right next to the Joahann II"s residence castle. beautiful and quiet landscape. nice place for a long weekend. The hotel restaurant cooks wonderful dinner.

shower room is a little small. Wifi connection is not good enough. it drops the line often

This is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We especially loved the pool and the breakfast! The hotel staff were wonderful and friendly and went above and beyond to help make our stay great, including making a dinner reservation for us in town and helping us find a nice hike nearby. We wish we could have stayed longer!
