Located in the heart of Kaunas old city, including a free parking option! The rooms are unique, featuring details from ancient stone walls. Breakfast was rather decent.

The check in experience is rather peculiar (there is no personal on site). I was contacted by phone while on the way to hotel, they asked me to provide my payment details and promised to send entry code to the building and room. As I arrived that day late at night, I expected to find the instructions in my e-mail, but they had failed to provide them, so I needed to call the service center for entry codes. As I saw the other day, many of the guests had the same problem and were left standing confused in the reception area.

The location is great, right in the Old Town. Breakfast was very tasty. Room was very nice, with lots of space. The information about checking in was sent in advance and was clear.

Hotel has a small privat parking place. However, there were no free spots when we arrived, and we had to park the car on the public parking for a charge of 2 euros/hour for 00-24. The payment options were not really clear. At the hotel, there is no staff to ask anything, and we received no helpful information via phone. Also, nobody informed us about the Reduced Emission Zone tax, and we are not sure if we were or were not succesful to pay it. Please make your research before if you drive there with your car.

The location is hard to beat, right in the middle of the old town. Self check-in and check-out are very convenient. Good breakfast. Quiet, spacious room.

There is no elevator, we had to carry our bags upstairs - we managed, but it might be helpful for other travelers to know. Someone older might not have been able to manage. The shower was extremely slippery, I almost fell and there was nowhere to hold on to. And the sink was installed at an extremely low level, never seen that before. I am only 5’6” and it didn’t even reach up to my hips, very uncomfortable to wash your face there as you had to bend over really low.

Both the location and the hotel are fantastic- clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds - overall amazing. In the heart of the old town in a beautiful building and a very quiet area.

Please avoid breakfast. If you’re thinking about paying extra to get them - don’t. You can have a tasty omelette with a cup of coffee for less than what we were presented during our stay.

Location always depends on your needs. Car parking was very expensive - 30 euro per night, and less around if you know the town. Comparing to other Europe onion countries the price of the room was quite high, a cheap bottle of champagne was 30 euro and sparkling water was 4.5 euro. The room had only basics, but it was very clean though!! I could give 10 - 10. I did not have breakfast so no comments about it. But I know you could get it for 12 euro p/p. As per my travel experience in Europe and abroad this kind of the room shouldnt cost more than 45 euro per night. Over all I could give 8/10.

The price was a bit too high comparing to other Europe cities. Lithuania is quite pricy country.

The proximity to all of the Kaunas Oldtown was great. Easy access to walk around to many sites. Room was large and comfortable.

Currently massive renovations in the town hall square nearby. Hard to travel In car due to roads blocked off and many one way streets. Entry into this zone is colour coded and costs extra Euros. We thought the parking of our hire car would be hard, and were fortunate to access a free park outside.

Location was good, but difficult to drive till, because there is constructions around, very noisy street and conditioner doesn’t work well, so I had to open the windows.

The location is amazing. Starts in the beginning and heart of Kaunas. Or very close to it. Just in 2 minutes slow walk there is a square with nice restaurants and view.

The windows from outside part. They were not clean. Probably summer time problem due to many bugs and etc. In the toilet the space in front of the mirror, above head is very limited due to roof design. The breakfast choice is way smaller than in Vilnius amberton. Does not worth of 15 euros per person. Highly recommend not to take it. No elevator. We got 4th floor, so needed to walk all the way.

Skinny and steep stairs made getting luggage up and down from the room on the 3rd floor challenging. The room is quite dark and has only one window in the bedroom which because of the slanted roof, doesn’t provide much light. The shower head is loose, so it doesn’t point where you want, either straight out from the wall or pointed down towards the wall.

Fantastic location, large and comfy room, clean. Big TV, desk, overall really great accommodation.

Poor breakfast, very limited options. Don't pay extra if it's not included in your room price. I also didn't like the self check-in system. I arrived on Sunday but didn't get instructions about getting into my room. At first nobody answered my calls for about 30 minutes (I understand that on weekends their call centers might be understaffed). Once they did answer, the staff were very helpful and nice but it took another 15 minutes for the instructions to arrive, I guess it was some bug in the system. It seems it would make more sense to pay for staff to be present at the location rather than having a call center. Some people might prefer the self-check in, but to me it seems pointless.
