Easy access. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. Reception Staff very helpful

One thing which attracted me to this hotel was Airport Shuttle. However on contacting the Hotel, the service offered is to arrange a taxi. Not my experience of airport shuttle very misleading

Stayed for 7 night's in December and really enjoyed my stay great breakfast, warm, clean, if you arrive by foot I'd look for this arch next to the Indian shop well lit just a short distance from the main avenue,

The hotel was in a great, central location, with access to the Main Street within a few minutes. We loved having a balcony, the food for breakfast was perfect. The bathroom had plenty of toiletries. The room itself had heating/aircon which worked a treat. A lift to the bedrooms was great after walking many miles each day. All reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

The bed was so uncomfortable, only one very flat pillow each. The bed had two mattress toppers, although we still woke up in the morning feeling like we had slept on the floor, our backs were breaking in the morning. The room Itself was an ok size, however it felt very cluttered with the circular table and tub chair which I banged into several times, so much I ended up moving it to behind the door. The bath is very high to get into and very difficult to get in/out. The lift dint take you down to the basement for breakfast.

Central, great location. Clean and modern room, bed very comfortable. Excellent air con, balcony nice touch . Free parking. Nice breakfast

Shower within wide edged bath made getting out hard, I’d had surgery and nearly fell. Also poor choice of hot drinks on coffee tray , no black coffee only 3-1 so couldn’t have a drink in the room. Tv only Lithuanian channels but it’s ok, we managed. Smoking smell from neighbouring balcony’s unpleasant . Not very attentive with car park barrier, always having to walk around to ask for it to be lifted , only to find reception sat watching tv so couldn’t see screen.

Good location, good service. Since the hotel building is inside a courtyard i.e. not facing the street it was very quiet, espesially for such a central location. The hotel staff was very responsive to communication and helpful.

It's a very minor thing, but I'd prefer separate "Instant Coffee" and suger, sweetener, creamer etc. for the coffee making facilities, rather than the (very sweet) "3 in 1" coffee this (and many other) hotels provide.

I had a great stay in Hof hotel! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was spotless, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was well worth the money. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Location is absolutely great, in the middle of the city centre, so pretty much everything is within walking distance. Parking spaces are provided, hotel is new, rooms are well equipped, really clean and comfortable.

My room was on the first floor with windows facing the parking lot, therefore is was quite noisy, not to mention curtains needed to be shut at all times. Also hair dryer was burning for some reason, but I only noticed it right before my check-out, good that is was during summer time, so wet hair wasn't an issue :D

Hotel is in excellent location, right on the Pedestrian avenue that is newly rebuilt. Easy to reach any location in city. Facilities were very comfy and the beds especially. Breakfast was good. Overall a good stay, price was of course quite high but that was due to EdSheeran concert and all city booked out. So overall usual price is good for the service.

I wouldn't say that i disliked anything, but just adding so other guests are aware that the hotel parking is very tight.

We had a one bedroom apartment. Absolutely loved the space, being able to put the baby to bed & sit in the next room in comfort. It was spacious and so well equipped. We had a separate entrance allowing us to walk in and out without going through the hotel. Staff were friendly & accommodating. The convenience of having a washing machine was fantastic when travelling with a baby also and there was a clothes horse to dry our clothes. On our first day we asked if we could borrow a hugh chair to feed our baby and it arrived within minutes and we were told we could keep it for the duration of our 4 night stay which made life very easy. The location was fantastic, on a quiet side street in the centre of the city. Would highly recommend for couples and families alike.

I wouldn't be a huge fan of the breakfast personally but I would say that was more down to my own tastes rather than the food. My husband was perfectly happy with it.

Our 4-day stay with 4 small children was impeccable. The room was very comfortable and entirely sufficient in size. The staff was extremely warm and helpful. Breakfast was great with a good selection of dishes and nice local touches eg. buckwheat-based products. The parking in front of the hotel was accessible and free, though in high season it likely gets filled up fast. The location is an absolute win - just a few meters away is the main pedestrian thoroughfare of Kaunas.
