Great location on the quiet street but 5 min walk to old town center, no need to take a car and worry where to park. Also they have private parking space available. In courtyard there is beautifully garden, went to drink tea and enjoy serenity. Owner meets you at reception on arrival and is very friendly. Room has all amenities you need, including mini refrigerator, cutlery and dishes. In bathroom were small packs of shampoos and soap, clean towels. It is aparthotel style cleaning made in between few days , you don't need to worry that every morning cleaning service will be nocking on your door, just when you sleeping or using bathroom. Met after few days owners wife she is very sweet lady we had great chat and she offered clean towels, cleaned the room after I left. They make you feel welcome in their cosy family run hotel.

Great place to stay the night, the host was very friendly and welcoming. Beds were super comfortable which is very important after a long day, there were all the necessities which made our stay even more comfortable. Even though some of the kitchen equipment was not the cleanest, it didn't ruin the overall feel of this place. We chose the room with a terrace and it had a great view. The location itself is exceptional as it's by the old town and other popular attractions.

Amazing location - really close to the Old Town and both rivers, also close to supermarkets. I got everywhere by foot (except for the railway station, but just because I was with a luggage). Really nice hosts. Comfy bed. I used the desk, it's comfortable as well. Although I don't know if the space is enough for 3 persons, but for the one person there's more than enough.

There was a bit of dust here and there, but not critical.

Excellent stay, the place feels warm and cozy. Room was nice and spacious. The wood on the walls, floors and roofs really made us feel like wr were in a northern europea country. The owner was highly friendly and highly available at all times. The place is just a couple footsteps away from the city center. Highly reccomended.

The wifi was slighly unstable at times and some minor areas could've been cleaned more thoroughly

No breakfast available but there is a kitchen with stove and even Italian cafetiera for moca so we arranged our own. Plenty of room for four people in two rooms, and nice location overlooking the old city which is within walking distance. It is also easily accessible by car coming to town with a parking lot in front of the house.

The beds of the hotel have seen better days, so the overall cleanliness wasn't as good as it could be.

It was difficult to find a house in the labyrinth of streets, but as a result, it turned out to be very close to the very center of Kaunas. Very friendly hosts. A pleasant surprise was the opportunity to drink tea and coffee in the morning. There is an opportunity to have a snack in the yard, where there are cozy corners and a lot of greenery.

The room seemed to us a little smaller than stated, but it was enough for us to spend a night.

Really large apartment with separate bedroom, shower/toilet, and lounge room/dining/kitchen. Plenty of party onsite, in front of house. Gorgeous old town views and great location with only a 5-10 minute walk into old town areas. Host was lovely.

Bathroom and kitchen were not very clean, especially the utensils and kitchenware.

Good location, spacious apartment, nice personnel. Marvelous view from the windiw.. Comfortable beds.

The apartment needs slight renovation. A bit smelly staircase, but no smell in the apartment. Sockets could be closer to the bed. General cleanness was average, but nothing critical. The big room was a bit too cold, but the heater was provided at once upon our arrival.

Lovely hotel, extremely clean and comfortable with fridge, kettle, microwave and cooking facilities in room. Extra large bed and a daybed, sofa and television. Nice quiet area and only a short walk into the beautiful old town. Highly recommend.
