I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The property was impeccably clean and stylishly decorated, with a modern flair that made me feel like I was staying at a high-end boutique hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail that was evident throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby each night. One of the things I loved most about this hotel was its central location. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops, which made exploring the city a breeze. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a clean, stylish, and modern place to stay, this is definitely the hotel for you!

I found that the temperature was quite warm and I was unable to turn on the air conditioning to make it cooler. Despite my attempts to adjust the thermostat, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay

The location was great Very lose to the Rimi shop, close to restaurants.

I ordered food which was left on the counter to go cold. Staff member eventually told us it was there but didn’t bring it over. We had a timer but that was faulty, staff don’t put themselves out really. Few people there at the time wouldn’t have been too difficult just to bring it to us as we were seated close by. 🫤 The room was good but a little small. The electric directional lamps (tv and between beds) were not working. A new bulb fixed one only and the other had a contact fault. The shower room was small but nice. I asked for a change of sheets but didn’t get it (4 day stay, post op)

Excellent location for a good price, hotel was clean and minimally worn. AC worked fine (thought with a little bit of fan noise). There's safe underground parking for the car and the room is indeed quite soundproof, so the street noises (or neighbors) disturb sleep minimally.

The room could have a small fridge (there was enough space for that) and the openable table spot could use a bit of extra light. Breakfast is unreasonably expensive (12€ per person, per day) and same for parking - the parking costs 12€ per day and the spot isn't even guaranteed.

Great place. Location is ideal, in the centre with a parking space undergrounds. Room was not big, but it wasn't small either. Had everything we needed. Bed was good, bathroom was great (soap and shampoo and things smelled nice!). We enjoyed breakfast a lot! Plenty of choice, even for me as a vegetarian there was more than enough. The bar is also really nice! We enjoyed our stay and will keep the Moxy Hotels in our heads for our next trip.

Can't think of much. Staff at receptiondesk could be a little bit friendlier. At checkin the lady was superkind, checkout was a bit in a rush. Ther eis coffee in the room, maybe also tea?

Very comfortable and clean. Fast check in. Very modern style design, I like it very much. Nice area to hang out in the lobby.

I agree with other comments, the staff are not very helpful and they look rather annoyed to be working. We didn’t receive any information about the hotel or the city. Also I agree that the hotel building smells funny, which may be because how it is built (cement industrial style). Small personal detail I didn’t like about the free toiletries was the scent (too sweet for my taste) but I always travel with mine so it was not problem at all.

Quirky hotel with a fun vibe. Room is not very big, but fairly efficient. Elevators are fast, check-in and out too. Pet friendly. Great location, a few steps from the main pedestrian street and all restaurants/cafes. Parking right behind or underground (take the one under for direct access)

Watch out if you are staying longer than over night : I don't know about other rooms, but ours had no storage place for clothing, no drawer or cupboard, just 3 hangers, so you have to be ready to leave off your suitcase (which might -or might not- be a problem) Breakfast is the downside of this hotel: very basic products, bread not that fresh, lots of empty baskets/trays so you have to ask staff to go and fill up, coffee machines slow and/or out of order ... Still, you get to eat, but a few small steps would improve that easily, I guess.

The hotel has an excellent location in the very center of the city. It offers perfect accommodation in modern, design-style rooms. A uniform design is present in all rooms, down to the last detail. I especially appreciate the friendly staff and the quality of the breakfast. The breakfast menu was some of the best I have tasted so far. Great accommodation at a very reasonable price!

Only two minor comments: the lack of a full-sized work desk in the room; quality and way of serving of coffee by the coffee maker. But these are small issues that do not spoil the overall impression.

This place was absolutely beautiful . It has a modern look And style to it , great for Instagram photos .it was close proximity to the Main Street shopping area and tourist attractions . The staff were so friendly and helpful .the food was simple yet delicious. They had a great selection of drinks and they had board games on the table to encourage socialising. The standard of cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were a perfect size with very comfortable beds , huge hot shower and air con. I look forward to our next stay. I would definitely try a moxy hotel again .

There is no tea making facilities in the room however there are some downstairs . we bought a mini kettle for 17€.

The hotel has been opened fairly recently, and it was readily visible that everything was brand new. Indeed, amenities/rooms were very functional. We stayed for just one night, and we really enjoyed the bar/reception area - it was very cozy. We were hanging out there with kids who were exploring the area. Also, the hotel is very centrally located, and the rooms are quiet (also, the window blinds lock out almost all sunlight).

The bar was better than the dining opportunities at the hotel, but that is a minor issue, and the breakfast was very good.

We truly enjoyed the stay at Moxy Kaunas Center. The design was chic, staff was helpful and breakfast was yummy. I especially loved one feature in the room- when it was dark and I got out of bed to go to a bathroom, a dim light under the bed turned on, so I could see, where to go. A similar dim light turned on under the sink in the bathroom. It didn't wake me up and was enough to see, where to go. Genius.

The only thing that was annoying- the toilet flush. It didn't flush well and sprayed water around the seat.
