Perfect location, very nice selection of food during breakfast. Great breakfast coffee! Clean, has kitchenettes, heated floor in bathrooms is a nice plus. Very good AC which makes the stay comfortable!

There was no WIFI (temporary issue) throughout our entire 3 night stay which made me experience stress - I suddenly needed to make work related video calls which used up all of my own data. Breakfast area is a bit too small and gets crowded. Bed was a little too hard for my husband. Also, the UPA Cafe downstairs was closed, although not the hotel's fault, but a disappointment.

The staff at the reception and the cleaners were exceptional. Breakfast was superb. The only comment I have is that the carpets in our two rooms needed a clean - it wasn’t that they were not cleaned prior to our arrival, but rather had stains that could have been removed. The location of the hotel is perfect for meals out and the beach. The rooms were well equipped, we had everything we needed.

I visit Palanga several times a year. So far, I have stayed in competitive hotels. But a unique offer tempted me to stay overnight at Grand Baltic Dunes. Location - you won't find anything better. Right on Basaneviciaus Street - a few hundred meters from the sea. The room - tastefully finished, beautifully and elegantly finished. Very clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room also has a mini kitchen - a very convenient solution when you want to prepare something to eat or drink. The room is very quiet and well soundproofed - which should be remembered when staying in high season. The main promenade is quite noisy and not all hotels located on the promenade are able to keep the rooms quiet. Therefore, I can confidently recommend a stay at the hotel. I cannot forget about the staff - smiling and very helpful ladies. An additional advantage was the ability to leave the bike in the underground garage! My next stay in Palanga will also be spent at Grand Baltic Dunes.

Perhaps the breakfast is not very diverse - but everyone will find something for themselves. Fresh and very tasty products.

The hotel location is absolutely amazing - very close to the promenade and a walking street with a large variety of restautants. The room was clean and nice. A tremendous advantage - an undergorund parking! Breakfas was tasty but not very variable. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The girl at the reception (sorry, don't remember her name) gave us all the necessary information about the hotel and the near-by locations. Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends.

For me, it seemed strange that the four-star hotel doesn't provide its customers with a bottle of water as a complement, for example. I think that is the only minus I can think of.

The location is excellent, right in the center of Palanga, near the main pedestrian street lined with souvenir shops and restaurants. The hotel offers underground parking. It is wheelchair accessible, and I had no trouble using my wheelchair throughout the hotel. The restaurant offers a variety of tagliatelle dishes, which were quite delicious. As they say, Hasta la pasta! The coffee was good, and the Old Fashioned met expectations. The profiteroles were more like pancakes, lacking both the choux pastry and cream - but that was fine.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant, but the space allocated for the food tables is small and cramped. Despite it being Sunday morning, people started arriving right at the beginning of breakfast, and everyone seemed hungry. As a result, it became difficult to access the food, and queues quickly formed.

The room is very warm, cozy and clean. It is very convenient to reach the car in the underground parking from the room. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Right here in the POKO cafe we ​​were surprised by the pleasant service and excellent dishes.

We were surprised that the hotel TV did not show all Lithuanian programs, especially disappointed by the lack of national programs. Also, the program guide is not broadcasting. The room was missing a local temperature regulator or we could not find it. We could not find a shoehorn.

My exceptional experience has began right from the start of check-in. Their reception personnel is well trained. All wearing formal, clean and well suited work attire. All of them will give you that warm feeling and attitude "I'll go extra mile to help out guest and make their stay exclusively pleasant". Their rooms are well designed and makes you feel as if you are staying in a $1000 /per night premium hotel. My room was spotless, well cleaned. I'm not exaggerating - from the start until the end it felt that all Gran Baltic Dunes workforce has put their full hearts into making this place feel safe, cosy, relaxing and very pleasant. Located next to the main central street. But it felt so peaceful and quite in the room day and night. The breakfast buffet are also top quality. Definitelly a lot to choose from. Exceptional! And the following definitelly deserved to be mentioned. Specifically receptionist Deivile has ensured that my birthday will not just go unoticed and anything but normal day. Receiving handwritten birthday card from the hotel and couple small treats has melted my heart. Thank you so much for making my stay at your hotel priceless! Without any doubt, if and when I'm around, I'll be returning back. I've travelled the world a lot - very highly recommended place! Take my word for it. I loved absolutely everything at this hotel. Helpful hotel personnel, breakfast, rooms, tidiness, peaceful atmposphere and location.

What a lovely surprise to discover that all the rooms have kitchen sink, crockery and hot plates. Step outside the door and you will find yourself on the long boardwalk to the beach and pier and where all the shops, restaurants and attractions are. The breakfast was lovely and the staff both at the breakfast and at reception were just so helpful! I had a lovely leafy view from my room. It was also quiet.

Central location close to the beach, all the attractions, cafes and restaurants. We were accomodated in very comfortable room, particularly in minilux room. I would recommend it. Overall perfect hotel both for leasure and business travellers (for instance when attending conference). Underground parking (for 10 eur per day during summertime) was very comfortable and my car liked it:) Tasty breakfast launched good start of the day. The selection of cakes should be noted.

The place of the hotel is good, just a few meters away from main street. Private underground parking is a bit small, but we managed to find 1 remaining parking slot at the time. The room is also small, but it's enough for 2 people. The furniture is nice, the bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom is also fine and clean. Breakfast was tasty, but the choice was poor. Very few choices - pretty much english breakfast ingredients and pancakes.

We didn't like the idea of choosing exact breakfast time. If all early times are taken already, then you are left with late ones (for example: 10:20) and no other options. Also we got a room on the top floor (5th) which is nice, but the ceiling has a window, which cannot be covered in any way, so direct sunlight just shines into your eyes when you lay down on the bed (morning time mostly). It would be better to have an option to cover this window, because some people are sensitive to light and cannot sleep.
