Spa is a mess during weekends as children are jumping on the heads of others, there is no one to look over the order, a bit of a jungle here. Would be good to have separate times for families with children and adults only. Also too small space for breakfast in the morning - only when came a third time, there was space to sit.

Very friendly staff. The flat and common areas were sparkling clean. The flat was spacious and bright. The bed was really comfortable. The heating system worked well. The shower pressure was good. The balcony is massive, absolutely massive. It was lovely to have access to the sauna, steam room, swimming pool and jacuzzi in the basement of the building, and to be given bathrobes. The views out the window are beautiful (old church).

We were given two thin single blankets that were quite short. It was February and we were a little cold with that. The flat would benefit from having a toaster, oven and some more things in the kitchen, like a chopping knife and scissors.

Everything about the stay fully met our expectations, the room size, cleanliness, the quality of the room, location, service, etc. What was slightly disappointing was breakfast which didn't have a very wide selection, only the required basics. What I also do not get, is the juice situation, what you get is some cheap alternative which cannot be called juice. Hotels often forget that such a small gesture as natural orange juice enormously adds to their rating. Other than that 9/10 👌🏻

We lived in no. 101. It was so handy, short walk from the reception. The windows are direct to the church and to the main Xmas tree in the city. Location is the best. Clean and warm apartments. Check in and out 24h per day.

The pillows are soooo bad, not comfy. As a couple, we expected the double bed, but it was 2 single beds with 2 single duvets 🫢 The pool area is too small and too busy. It works from 9 to 1pm. So it's packed. The bar in the room is overpriced. So do not drink unless you want to pay a lot.

The check-in and check-out process was very nice and smooth. They even let us keep our luggage securely after checking out. The breakfast was great with huge variety and plenty of time to eat (until 11 am). The SPA they had was very nice as well, there was a pool with different functions, a hot tub and two different saunas. It had nice view to the outside. You can stay in the SPA until 1pm so there was enough time to try out everything and it was never crowded, the few days we went there, there were only three other people with us. The room was lovely as well and very clean. It had a nice river view, two balconies (one with chairs so you can relax outside), the kitchen and the bathroom were well equipped as well. There was plenty of space to store your items. The location is amazing as well, right next to Basanavičiaus street and a pleasant walk to the sea.

I think its partially my fault but it was a bit difficult adjusting the temperature, it was sometimes either too warm or too cold. It would also be nice if the TV would be a smart TV as then you would be able to watch Youtube or Netflix and not just the TV channels. They do have a lot of TV channels though!

The stay was very pleasant, loved the little studio room, everything is clean and modern, many kids channels on TV, nice shower, and bed omg the most comfortable bed I've slept in for years! Had mini bar with very reasonable prices. Location is very easy to find, and they have parking too. Few minutes to shops, and around 15min slow walk to the beach! Breakfast was amazing too! Spa was great too! Definitely recommending, and would be coming back again!

The shower was leaking water, so ended up with wet floor, but that was minor disturbance.

Owerall I enjoyed the space. We loved that our room had a romantic church view. We had all we need and even more. We stayed in the room with seperate bedroom on 7th floor, our room had a bath as well. The room had tiny kitchen fully equipt with all we needed for weekend stay , bonus was a dishwasher. Bathroom with underfloor heating. Hotel has nice design, clean and doesnt feel cramped with guests. Breakfast served till 11 makes it easy to wake up and go down without a rush. There was plenty of choice for non vegetarians (if you are vegetarian I must say the choice could be better). Both days the choice was slightly different but always fresh. The quality of food was good. 2 Coffee mashines made the service faster. Staff is great and helpfull. Feel free to try out food in town but if you dont feel like walking you can have your dinner in hotel restaurant too, its tasty, fresh and achually it was not overpriced. Some dishes even cheaper than in town. But if you fancy restaurant food is on your door step. We did not try room service food, but the choice looked good. Basement has swiming pool, jacuzi, sauna and steam room. With our room option we had slipers and bathrobes included. Pool area is not big but it was enough to enjoy for an hour or so to kill the time while it was raining outside. I am a bit more sensitive to chorine so for me it was a little too much, my eyes felt a lityle watery, but others seemed to enjoy it regardless. Free pool access till 14 or 12PM on check out day. There was jacuzzi on the rood for extra charge but we did not have the time to try it. You can also hire a bike at extra cost. Parking was 4 euros per night but for underground parking is very reasonable priced, bare in mind you will be staying bang in the midle of a city center. Hotel is located 1min walk to the main strip. If the sea is rough you can even hear it , I think us roughly 10min slow walk to the beach through the main street and all amenties.

Great location and facilities. Very good breakfast, with good choice of food for us all (including our 1 year old). Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Will stay again in the future!

The only downside was the air conditioning did not work well and even after getting someone in to look into it it did not work well and not cooled down the room enough. It was not a very hot weather luckily but if we stayed during hotter days it would be a struggle.

it is one of the best in Palanga. Perfect location, high level service, nice rooms, apart hotel facilities and swimming pool make it standing out of others.

My apartment was separated in two by the door. it was possible to hear people in another room. Also only one small cupboard which was not possible to open - its door was getting stuck in the bed. Not possible to use safe inside the cupboard. Also it would be nice to add few more euros to the price and offer complimentary use of bathrobe and slippers as it is for other rooms in the hotel. No need to divide people in categories.

Very friendly and polite staff. The room was clean and cozy, we especially enjoyed our private balcony-terrace. Nice kitchen area with small fridge, there’s even cook top if you want to cook yourself, also frying pan and all the necessary utensils. Location of the hotel is excellent - just around the corner is main walking street where you can walk right down to the wooden bridge that goes into the sea and lots of cafes and restaurants where have a meal or some drinks. Great that there is possibility to rent a bike or electric scooter.

The breakfast was ok but I would wanted bigger choice especially with healthy food and salads. The coffee machine was very slow need to wait long time to get the small cup to be filled. Also there could be bigger cups for tea. Another issue was that we were not able to watch the TV as there were problems with the cables (after long walks we wanted to sit back in the sofa and relax). The TV was fixed only in the morning of our check out day. Also bicycles should be checked for maintenance because my husbands bike was not in the best condition one moment we thought we will have to walk back to the hotel.
