Spacious room with sofa and really good mattresses. Close to bus terminal and Maxima for shopping. Staff very helpful going out of their way to assist.

Breakfast was limited to boiled sausage etc and extra 10 euros. Not my taste. Additional option would be good. It would be good to have more tea bags and milk in the room.

Very clean and very friendly ladies at the reception. Greets with a big smile and on the checkout made a nice cup of coffee. Well done and big thank you! Would definitely recommend it as it is very good value for the money!

The breakfast I should say is a bit overpriced. But it was simple and tasty.

Very pleasant staff. The room was large, comfortable and clean.

I guess the only inconvenient thing was that it’s located on the outskirts of the city. But at the same time super close to the bus stop if you are planning to go to Klaipeda.

Hotel within walking distance to main center, main walking street and beach. Good breakfast, parking by the hotel (limited space). Stayed already twice within one trip to Palanga.

Pet policy was not clear upfront: 1) They charge a fee for bringing a pet (that's reasonable, but would be nice to know before making a non-refundable reservation); 2) The fee is per-pet (not sure what's the difference for them if I bring 1 or 2 pets)

A small but very nice hotel with an individual approach. Friendly and welcoming staff. I appreciated the free parking at the hotel, the nearby Palanga swimming pool. Thank you, see you soon!

Location is amazing, close to town center, 10min walk. Small hotel.

As is a 3 X star, you don't get much. Basic shower and features. No personal air con for each room. No lift for disabled or families with buggies. Can be noisy from being close to main road

The friendly staff, clean and good value for money.

You have to walk a little to get to the city centre, but it is not that long for me (about 10min)
