Easy to get to and in between all the main locations. Virtually opposite uzepis

My room was away from the main hotel. Cannot comment on any facilities available and there was no information about them in the room. Also despite description saying room service there was none. The restaurant closed at 8.30pm. The photo of the hotel is not correct. The photo is of the cathedral!!!

on this visit the receptionist was not the most friendly seemed like we were disturbing him each time we asked a question. perhaps reception not his natural environment rest of staff were great

Excellent Old Town location. Walking distance to 30 plus churches, museums, lots of restaurants, and landmarks, palace, fort.... outstanding location! Room.quiet. Excellent selection of foods for breakfast. Good on-site parking. Highly recommend staying here. Looked beautiful.

Restaurant staff was unfriendly both mornings. Double bed was to very soft & wobbly as it was two singles pushed together ... Ready to separate. Use of spa was not included and cost $45 euros for 1 hour ridiculous! Tried to turn radiator off heat off but it kept blasting so we had to have the windows open.

The staff were lovely and the location was fantastic - sandwiched between the great big park and Old Vilnius in a quiet area (away from the 4am clubs bars); also just opposite the river and the little “city within the city”, the very cute Užupis.

The decor has an interesting 60s / 70s vibe but seems to be in need of some renovation. If you can overlook this, you’ll love the place. Also the spa shown on the photos is an extra €45 per hour. Shame that’s not included in the stay.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, super close to the Old Town and right next to Užupis. The receptionist at the front desk was nice and friendly. We use the possibility for a parking on the premises of the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and pretty. It had a kitchenette and enough number of towels. There was a possibility to grab and borrow some books from the shelves in the corridors. We found breakfast tasty and sufficient. We enjoyed our stay there.

After a long trip we decided not to search for restaurants in the city, but to dine in the hotel's restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance because the only menu that we were offered was in Lithuanian.

Very friendly staff, I appreciate that, super atmosphere of the place, nice rooms, truly excellent location. We were able to see everything we wanted and it was a pleasure to come back "home". I also really appreciate the possibility to park the car inside, and at no cost, and the ability to come back late at night without the need to bother anyone.

The only annoyance was that we had two beds put together to make a large one (which is fine) but they kept rolling apart because they were on wheels or had slippery legs.

The location is great, also the outside of the building is impressive: historical mansion with columns. View from the rooms is splendid - you can see the rooftops of several old town churches. Breakfast was very good and eggs freshly made on order.

The rooms and interior are somewhat outdated. Did not really look as 4 stars inside. The light bulbs in lamps where very weak (perhaps due to light saving?), thus the room seemed quite dark. A bit chilly as well.

We stayed for 7 days. Our room was on the first floor with separate entrance. Very good location. We used public transport only a couple of times. There is a bus stop across the street. The room was pretty quiet, although we couldn't open the window to let any fresh air in. Also, there is a huge window in the bathroom which can be a little disturbing for some people (even though it is blurred). The breakfast was excellent, great choice and high-quality products. Still, it lacked diversity (every day we ate almost the same food). Great Wifi connection (we stayed at the room to work), even for video calls.

The air conditioner didn't have a heating mode, so sometimes it was a little chilly.

Amazing location, great value for money. That’s probably because you pay just for the room. The sauna, parking, and coffee are extra charge. Very convenient selection of drinks and snacks at the reception and super friendly and attentive staff 24/7

Hard to find entry from the busy street driving

I liked the location. It was good that they could arrange taxi for cheap price to the airport. They greeted us very warmly and tried there best.

Seems that it was a fancy hotel before twenty years ago. Now seems it needs revovation.The table in the room had signs of damage. What i really did not like was depressive painting on the wall,cannot understand how the hotel can decorate the rooms in such a negative mood. Room was quite cold, but it is understable.
