The location is perfect. 5m walk to old town and 10m walk to train station. Room was nice and comfortable. The best thing is check out time. Thanks a lot that you let us to keep luggages till evening.

The idea that there is not any stuff makes check in a bit complicated. Be sure to check your email to download the application to be able to get your keys. Also it was really hard to find our room. The signs didn't help us. Obviously it is not a 4 star hotel, but it is nice hotel. Also the towels was very old and very hard, you won't get nice feeling while using it

Visit the Bubble Tea shop nearby it's called MinCha or something like that. It is situated among museums and cultural sights and the central market is about 300m away.You could get there both by public transport and by foot in 5. The rooms are really comfortable and quiet,clean and the building is also modern and sophisticated. There is a PC at the reception. And we were able to find our way to the top of the hill with the funicular and the museum of the Lithuanian kings even before we started using it. Front desk team speak English Lithuanian and a bit of Russian whenever necessary for the guests. We were helped to find museums, supermarkets,best walking routes. Vilnius has transformed into the hub of Ukrainian support.

There could be much more advertisement of the cultural life of Vilnius on the ground floor of the hotel - such as The MMo and the Illusion Museum because it has vibes congruent with those of the hotel. Breakfast could be included in the price of our stay There could be a big map of Vilnius with the Quest for Kids to motivate their and their parents' explorative spirits. Don't miss the Food Hall while you're in town))))) 😉

The location is great, the bed is comfortable, everything is clean, so for this money it is very good.

My room (105) was on the lower ground floor with the windows to the busy street full of transport. So all the pedestrians and trolley buses were my neighbors. The windows are completely closed, so it is lees noisy than it could be, but still not very comfortable— to sleep practically in the street. I guess it is just about a couple of rooms, so if you book a room try to make sure you will be given smth better…

The hotel site clearly states 24-hour reception. Nevertheless, I saw no one after 8pm on two consecutive days. In addition, on my last day, I left a luggage and I was told that I have to pick it up by 4pm, which created a bit of a hassle since my bus was only leaving at 6. The receptionist did not speak English and communication was done via google translator. A 4-star hotel should make sure that English is spoken by employees.

I got a good deal on a room even I booked last minute. Room we're for single person but it was very cosy. Had a fridge and a safe. Bathroom was modern. Nice an quiet and it was short walk from everything. Came with train, never been in a city before and it was close to train station and next street to hotel the center started with lots of people enjoying the summer evenings in a pubs.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The room is right next to a road, but the noise from the road wasn't that bad. The hotel is very close to the train station and the old city center.

I agree with the other comments, the mobile phone key is bad. I was waiving around the phone for 5 minutes before the door unlocked. This is really bothersome when you are standing outside on the road. The WiFi was pretty slow, even though the access point was inside the room. Sound insulation was poor inside the hotel, but I suppose that's the nature of these older building.

the hotel looked brand new and very well looked after. unfortunately due to covid, we didn’t see staff members. However, we could speak to them bu the app and they were very keen and quick to help us every time needed. Our flight was late that night and they accommodated us till then allowing us to leave our luggage in the room. We will definitely come back. Location is spot on and 10min walk from everywhere (including a very cool market)

We booked the apartment and it was larger than we expected. The balcony was a lovely surprise. The location is convenient. While Vilnius is super walkable, it was still nice to have a bus stop nearby with many lines to choose from. The windows and curtains block out the sound and light from the main road very well. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. We only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer.

Everything was nice and clean. In the room was mini fridge which was a surprise and it helps to cool the drinks in the heat. Also in the room we had a baby bed which we requested so thank you very much for this.

Air-conditioner wasn't working properly. There was a sign what filter needs to be checked and it always was making a loud wierd noises and it was difficult to sleep so we turned it off and without Aircon it was too hot.

Good location on the edge of the old town Pleasant rooms, very clean, and comfortable beds. Mario (the caretaker) is super friendly and very helpful, he kindly brought a kettle and fixed a light bulb.

No staff at all (apart from Mario coming and going). This meant no housekeeping. No fresh towels and we ran out of toilet roll. No bins emptied. Perhaps it would be an idea to have someone on reception a few hours a day.
