The staff is very friendly and helpful and took good care of us. Breakfast was excellent, omelets and pancakes are made individually for every guest and served to the table. We enjoyed the breakfast in the green and relaxing garden. Special diets (gluten free, vegan) were concerned well. Our room was large and had a small balcony. There is also possibility to use the self service laundry, which was very practical. It was tidy and cosy all over and the hotel is located very central. There are several good restaurants nearby, we recommend the Rosehip Bistro (Pylimo g. 22D) and pizzeria Casa da Familia (Rudninku g. 18).

Excellent budget hotel in great location for seeing main sites of Vilnius, right on edge of Old Town. Rooms are small but cozy and staff are helpful. Breakfast is very nice with hotel staff cooking hot omelettes on request, which you would not normally expect in a humble place like this.

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The hotel's location was perfect, providing access to old town and amenities.

Check in was very easy and I got my room before the official check-in time. Everything was nice and clean.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The staff were so friendly and helpful. My mum and I very much enjoyed the breakfast (pancakes for me and scrambled eggs for her). The location worked really well for us: close enough to work into the old town, it's also only about a five minute walk from the modern art museum. Although the hotel isn't in the city centre, there are still plenty of eating options. We really enjoyed "Casa La Familia", and "GLORIA Dining room & Wine Bar" served some of the best food we've eaten in ages! As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is nice and quiet. All in all a very enjoyable stay in a lovely city.

Location was great. Situated halfway between the old town and the train/bus station. Staff members were all very caring and hospitable. Thanks to Diana,the receptionist, and all the rest of the staff who gave recommendations to do around the old town. Breakfast was personalised. Hotel was owned by 3 Lithuanian locals in which we strongly support local businesses. Rooms were spacious.

There were only few minor comments. Some Bed mattresses were a bit hard but though it’s okay. There is no elevator so it’s difficult for person’s with disability.

In advance asked the hotel for very early check in. I received unexpected phone call at 09:00 as my room was ready. Amazing! Unforgettable hospitality! Thank you so much!

The room was nice and clean and staff was very friendly. Location is great too, near to train and bus station and close to city centre. We had a lovely stay!
