Excellent location,15 minutes by 3G bus from airport.Very quite room-window facing the courtyard.All kitchen equipment both in the room and separately in the basement.The room isn't large,but comfortable and pleasant for one guest.Convenient bathroom.Practical bed,warm,light blanket.Grocery store "IKI"-50 meters from the hotel.Overall quite,peaceful,pleasant accomodation.

Strange,but no heating in the room.I'm hardened,it's not a problem for me.But someone may be a little cool...

The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to most places, around 20 min walk to the Cathedral Square, KGB museum... Airport bus also very near. I was satisfied with my room even though even for one person with a big luggage it can be small. There were enough towels, soap. Kettle and a small fridge. Internet worked very well. It was possible to leave the luggage there after check-out. Helpful staff.

Only point of criticism would be the soundproof. I could hear the guests even from their rooms having normal conversations. A group of guests was having talks until 3 AM on a Wednesday and preparing food. Everything could be heard.

Staff were extremely welcoming and lovely. Very helpful too! We needed to sort some documents for visa application and they were so kind and eager to help to print what we needed. We booked a room to be big enough to sleep 2 adults and a 5 year old. Other than a large double bed there was also sofa bed which was perfect for our son. Having 3 of us on the same bed was also just fine as the bed was big enough to fit us all. We didn't expect to but we also got a separate little private kitchen to go with our room which came really handy. The location was great too! Close to the old town and shops. The hotel also had some toys in the hallway for kids, this was brilliant as they occupied our boy.

There was some smell in the room which came from the drain in the shower I think. The same smell was noticible when walking past fountains and drains in the city. Although not very pleasant it seemed that it was a general issue in Vilnuis and not due to the lack of cleanliness of the apartments.

I liked everything about the hotel; it was affordable, within walking distance from the old town, and had friendly staff. I had access to a spotless kitchen and I could cook any dish of my choice. The internet was stable throughout, and I had access to so many television channels of my choice, both local and international. The room was spacious enough for 2, well-ventilated, and characteristically had a fresh-scented smell. In the room stood a fridge, a wardrobe, a study desk, and a cabinet for plates and glasses. The lightening in the room was also very good

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was modern, clean, with all the amenities and facilities that I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of many of the city's top attractions. Despite being located in the heart of the city, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which made for a great night's sleep.

This stay was very nice. The room was clean and there was enough space. Dogs were welcome. Staff was great. Very kind and always ready to make our stay more comfortable. It was easy to communicate and everything worked really well. Definitely will come here again! Also I told I would come 18.00 but was very early. Just after 15.00 we arrived (also send a message about it earlier) and the room was not ready for us, but that is not really their fault. They prepared it for us immediately and we could wait in the kitchen with our dogs in the meantime and ate our lunch.

The only "negative" thing was parking space. There was not a lot of it (at least in the winter), but staff was really kind and made space for us so it is not really that negative thing.

Small hotel on a quiet street. There are some various restaurants in the vicinity as well as small IKI express for ad-hoc purchases. The city center is like 30 minutes walking, but there is also public transportation in 7-8 minutes walking distance.

Our room was on the 2nd floor under the roof and the bathroom, even though spacious enough, was organized in a not a convenient way. Meaning there was no shower and only a bath under the roof which made using it by adults quite challenging.

Convenient location, clean, comfy bed. Staff were friendly and patient.

Check-in transaction had a lack of verbal structure as the first few moments were somehow scattered. Staff perhaps expected the guest to lead the transactional conversation instead. However, this may sometimes make an impact creating a rapport. Paperwork required several of signatures which seemed a bit of overkill. Check-out however was speedy and friendly. Shower is slightly too compact.

The room was very clean and well equipped. I found almost everything that is needed by a traveler. A very big and clean bathroom was a big plus. A microwave oven in the corridor is good if you want to warm your food up.

It was rather difficult for me to find the switch of a refrigerator :). But the staff explained everything very good. Also the double bed could be a real double bed not two singles put together. And I could not find shoe horn :(. Maybe I just did not look in a right place?

Great place and Great location… near to the cinema, Shopping Mall and about 30 minut- walk to the Old Town while using your slow pace of walking on foot. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay. 😊

Two things I would sugget. Change those hand - moving shades into the traditional courtains: one pair of white ones and the second pair of the room darkening courtains that provide shade and privacy at the same time. ☺️
