Located 10min walk from the airport. Restaurant on site. Comfortable bed. Has everything that is needed for short stays. Downtown LUX is a short drive from the hotel. Places to walk and relax. No outside noise in the room, such as planes or cars.

What is there not to like? I didn't have the opportunity to eat breakfast as my flight was early in the morning.

The location is superb. It is very near to the airport, and the bus stop is just a few steps away. The hotel's cleanliness is great. The cleaners did a very good job in maintaining its cleanliness. The staff are friendly and multilingual. The breakfast buffet has plenty of food.

The room is quite small. There is no table in the room. The TV channels are all in French/German/Luxembourgish. Although this is understandable because those are their languages. However, it would be great if the TV was smart so we could have the option of watching YouTube as lots of tourists only understand English.

Hotel is in an excellent location with bus stop 3 minute walk away and buses taking only 15 minutes to get into the city centre. Tram will also be arriving this year. Room was clean and fairly comfortable and shower was very powerful. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Couldn't regulate temperature of shower and one of the beds was so squeaky it kept us awake. Hotel did offer us a change of room to compensate.

Property was a little way away from the town centre but there was a bus stop very close to the hotel with a frequent service and a journey time of 20 mins . All public transport in Luxembourg is Free so this is a real bonus.

For the size of the hotel it needs more than one lift. It can take a while to get one at busy times. There is no food available other than breakfast on Saturday and Sunday which would be a problem for some as there are neither restaurants nor shops in the vicinity.

After sitting 3 hours on a airplane chair IT IS A MUST to GO ON FOOT at Mandarina Hotel.... We did and even city was covered in fog we enjoyed the walk. Clean, not small not large just to fit one night staying room! We also had dinner there! beer was good also.. Breakfast was enough to start the day with full energy! I liked very much the door's colors - a cyan mixed with a blue - powerful and still soft

this hotel is a transit one - that's clear! It was built for that purpose and this is what is doing. it is a functional place with warm people - a helping staff! you can say that exterior windows were not shinny or not all was new but they don't deserve such a punishment!

1) I managed to rest because it was quiet in the nearby. The airplanes that used to take off and land quite often did not disturb me. 2) There was a good connection with the center of Luxembourg by bus and the transportation was free. 3) I arrived late at night and although the hotel was very close to the airport, they offered a pick-up service by car. 4) The persons from the reception were very friendly and helpful.

1) In my opinion, the rooms need to be painted for more cleanliness. 2) I received too many towels every day but not enough toilet paper until I raised the issue at the reception. They took into account my request. 3) A bit too expensive, but I couldn't find something cheaper with the same utilities (for instance a personal bathroom).

Guest kitchen. Good breakfast. As a family we took two rooms, but they were connected, so it worked as one apartment. There was a lot of free space on the parking.

We have got a bathroom adopted for disable people. For us it was not very convenient since the water from the shower immediately occupied the whole floor in the bathroom. It was possible to order a pizza from the hotel bar, but it was a frozen pizza. Finally we haven't decided to take it.

Easy check-in, the room was good and clean. It's pretty good for a couple. Location is far from centre but considering that there are free buses which go directly to center for 30mins, it's okay. Moreover, bus stop is just 2mins away from the hotel.

There are some little minuses like shower that doesn't work very well (impossible to choose good temperature, water doesn't go away fast). It's probably specific only for our room (303) and the stuff said that they will fix it :)
