- Comfortable beds - Good location, bus stop right next to the hotel

- We needed access to a wheelchair during our stay due to a knee injury of one of our family members, but unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at, such as the Mercure in Amsterdam, this hotel does not provide any wheelchair or assistance in that regard. When we asked the staff if they could recommend a nearby place to rent one, they were unfortunately unaware of any options. We eventually had to contact someone from Luxembourg who helped us find a rental service the same day. - Limited amenities in the bathroom: no shower cap 🥲 - Open shower with no door, very inconvenient and no privacy. - Only one bottle of water provided daily despite it being a room for two people. - Limited lighting in the room.

This hotel was based on the main road that takes you straight into the city. You don't even have to get transport if you don't want to as it's a 30-minute walk down one road, so the location was amazing for us. The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming during our stay, and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to luxembourg. The area is very safe and you have an Italian restaurant just round the corner which was amazing.

The breakfast room is very, very small and for this size hotel it doesn't make sense why they have done it like this. Breakfast is also not that great, either. The pancakes are the best thing about it. The bedrooms are very small as well, and the decor is not always practical. Having showers that don't have any doors is a bit ridiculous. There are some things about this hotel that weren't planned out very well. It's only due to the lovely staff and location, which is why we would choose to stay here again.

The hotel has an excellent location and the staff was generally very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were on the quiet side of the street, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The room was very clean and well maintained. The city center is just 10 minutes away by bus, which is very convenient. Breakfast was good, and a big plus is that parking is free after 6 PM on Fridays and throughout the weekend.

Unfortunately, our experience in the breakfast room was not pleasant. The lady working there (Ms. Aline) was very unfriendly. She seemed like she had no interest in being there—everything was done in a rush and with visible dissatisfaction. Not only I, but everyone in my group found her behavior inappropriate and unprofessional. Also, the sofa in the room was very uncomfortable. I understand it's meant to be used as an extra bed, but it offers no comfort as a seating option. Parking near the hotel can be tricky, but with a bit of luck, you’ll find a spot nearby. Otherwise, there’s usually space behind the hotel or within a 5-minute walk.

Loved the modern, boujee design of this hotel. Sparkling cleanliness and the comfiest bed! Delicious breakfast with a good selection available too. Also, a bus stop directly outside which was ideal when getting Luxembourg’s FREE public transport to/from the city and also the airport.

We had to ask for an iron 3 times one morning before we received it (about an hour later!) and also that there was no food available in the evenings. Could do with a vending machine or just a few snacks behind the bar! Especially as there are no grocery stores nearby. But these are minor issues and we loved our stay!

I liked almost everything about the hotel. It has great design and was very comfortable for a single traveler. Of note: the bathroom is completely open with glass all around so if you are not comfortable with that or traveling with friends, I suggest looking elsewhere. Although it is a bit out of the way it has a bus stop just outside that will take you downtown in minutes, bonus that public transport is also free.

There is not much in the immediate location although there are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was ideally located for our stay and had ecerything we needed for our one night stay. There was a comfortable bed with very comfy pillows, a large tv screen and we also had the use of a terrace outside our room. The coffee machine was a nice addition! The breakfast buffet offered a very large choice, and had a good vegetarian selection.

Although the shower was marvelous and fully equiped, we just didnt like the fact there was no wall between the open plan bathroom and the bed! So from the shower stall you could see out into the rest of the hotel room and vice versa!

Great location, everything is very clean and modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would like to single out the hostess David, he was happy to help us, told us about all the beautiful places in Luxembourg, where we went later. He was very polite and friendly! I want to return to such people! Overall the hotel was just great. We were able to park easily in the public parking lot right next to the hotel. By the way, parking is free from 6 pm on Friday and all weekend. Therefore, it is the perfect place for a weekend trip to Luxembourg.

Everything was great

The hotel is very well situated right next to bus stops, which makes it very easy and convenient to get back to the hotel or go to the airport/ city center (6-10 min to city center) - transport is free in Luxembourg so the hotel is a great location even though it is not central. The design of the room is very pretty, beds were super comfy and staff was very nice. The room also had tea/coffee/water which were much appreciated in the morning. The lobby/ bar of the hotel is very nice.

It did not bother us as we only stayed one night and also traveled as a couple, but there is not separation for shower/ room. The shower could also use an enclosing door, it was very easy to get the carpet in the room wet. We also had some louder neighbors upstairs with a dog (??) which barked in the morning.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent Breakfast. Easy bus access to city.

Avoid taking a tram to the hotel. Take a bus or taxi. The tram stop seems close but huge staircase with suitcases was nightmare. Just catch a bus or taxi to the hotel, as bus stop directly out front. Staff were unaware I paid until I showed confirmation email. Limited support from staff about what to do in Luxembourg etc. Expensive hotel but all accommodation in Luxembourg during Christmas was expensive.

New hotel with nice modern, decor; great location (quiet, ca. 15/20 minutes from town centre/ main train station, bus from front of the hotel every 15 mins) and all Luxembourg public transport is free!; competent, helpful staff; exceptionally clean (cleaners always at work); good value for what I paid (breakfast included); quality breakfast options; good soundproofing; didn't bother us that there weren't many dinner options very close by as the old town was close eniugh and we were there every day anyway.

Breakfast coffee not very good quality, very weak for European standards, even the sachet instant coffee tasted better. For a four star I expected them to provide body lotion and shower caps. Open shower cubicle lets water spray on the floor, you have to squeeze into the far corner of the cubicle to minimise this; so you can't really enjoy the large shower without getting water everywhere.
