+quiet environment, despite being in the center of Wiltz +modern room with comfortable beds +modern bath room with walk-in shower and towel dryer +delicious breakfeast buffet with limited, but sufficient choice of fresh products +curtains, shutters and permanent musquito nets on room windows

-no AC, so room can get hot when hot weather -no permanent reception desk -parking space is limited, so that on 1 of the days we had to park in a (paying) public car park nearby -room is only accessible via stairs, so would not be accessible for disabled persons

The hotel is very well modernised, boutique style modern decor, very clean, very comfortable and the staff from the onset were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed just the one night, passing through Wiltz but would have stayed a couple of nights in the village had time allowed. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and lovely, good quality coffee. The room was very nice with enough space and warm and cosy and the bathrooms are very smart. Wiltz is a lovely little town for a stopover.

One small thing was that there were no mugs with the drinks making facilities in the room but I think this was just an easy oversight to replace them by the chamber maid. I didn't mention it as we managed. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is great. Our suite was huge, clean, and comfortable. The terrace was very nice with a view of the castle. (The terrace was shared with another room, but there was a privacy screen between the two halves so it was fine.) Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice. The parking is free, right next to the building, and dedicated for hotel guests only. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were delicious. The hotel is stylish and in a perfect location close to the best of Wiltz.

Clean, spacious room, quick check-in and self checkout. All the windows could be opened, which was very nice to cool down after a hot day. The windows also had roller shutters, so we were able to sleep in pitch black which was great Nice breakfast, pretty basic, but delicious. Fresh baked bread, yoghurt, croissants and chocolate buns.

If I really have to think about something I didn't like, it was that the showerhead didn't stay in place, so a little unhandy

Beautiful and functional bedroom . Excellent shower, mind you the fixing would need some attention. Cocktail party very enjoyable and food, as usual to die for ! Staff engaged and part of the success of that evening event.

Breakfast expérience could be improved as very little choice in the eggs cooking methods: hard boiled or hard boiled when the option was soft boiled. No cooked bacon either. Would probably require a cook on site at breakfast but the team is very small so forgiven!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing, friendly, helpful staff. The food at their on site restaurant is delicious. It is in a beautiful, historic mountain commune called Wiltz in Luxembourg.

Please note that this hotel is located approximately 1 hour away from Luxembourg City. If you are a foreign traveler looking to travel to and from Wiltz from Luxembourg City, please take their internal buses and trains. Their public transport system is FREE, efficient and well connected. Do NOT make the mistake I made of taking a $300 EU taxi ride! Taxis are more expensive here than in most countries I have ever seen :)

A good stay in Wiltz - parking was easy and free (just outside the hotel), the facilities were good and the room clean. Staff on the front desk and from the kitchens were both very nice.

Breakfast was poor - and the staff member on breakfast unhelpful and unfriendly. This was a bit of a dampener on an otherwise very pleasant stay. Note that rooms at the front of the hotel were hot in late August. Toilet seat very loose.

We visited Wiltz in order to do some hiking in the area. The hotel is very close to the castle and the beer museum. Also there are a few restaurants/ Cafèes in the area so there are some options, and Match store is just outside. The rooms are small but spacy. The area was quiet. The breakfast was good, not like a buffet but enough options to have what you need. There are no fees for dogs and they are also welcomed to the dining area!

Very comfortable room and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. From the outside, the hotel appears rather bland but on the inside it is very modern and impressive.

A little more attention to detail in the rooms repairing loose/broken items. Not convinced that car parking is adequate. Evening meals were disappointing with limited menu and rather expensive.

Large, spacious suite, plenty of light, very comfortable bed, quiet location so good night's sleep, private roof terrace, view over the castle, restaurant good food and excellent service, plenty of plug points, central location, off road parking. Looked like it had recently been decorated, modern bathroom and large shower.

There was nothing we did not like. Maybe an extra pillow each would have been nice. There was a shelf and chair at the right height for one person to use a laptop. There would be space for an extra table and chair so a second person can use a laptop. But these comments are not a complaint.
