The spacious room, with comfy bed

Bathroom, eventhough it is sharing bathroom, the facilities are good and complete so far. However there is a short window to the small balcony, which the balcony can be accessed by anyone. It was not comfortable, since the big window is quite short, it is not really blurry window. It is very important to have someone standby to help the customer or atleast during check-in and check-out, since it does not have lift. It is very difficult when you have room in 3rd floor (which the floor was not mentioned in the booking) and you have a lot and heavy belongings.

As a stopover hostel this is perfect. Very clean, comfortable beds with light duvet, 2 soft pillows, air conditioning, hanging space. Clean linen and a clean towel, liquid soap provided in bathroom and a good hot shower - very close to room, so almost like ensuite. Free refillable water for bottles, a coffee machine for which you have to pay. There is a washing machine here also. It was difficult to find but we arrived early, look hard on Google maps this is flat 1H, just walk in the gate and you'll discover that it's a hostel.

It's a quiet place with walking distance from the bus terminal. There is also local busses close to the location. For a night or 2 if you're doing something in the area it's a good choice.

The staff felt a bit rude, even though we only communicated through text so it can be hard to tell. The water pressure was quite bad.

This hostel is located close to airport which is nice if you need this which I did. Very clean basic hostel. Since I arrived very late everything was communicated to me via Whats App. Different but this system worked very well. Taxi drivers did not know where it was so be sure to have location info with you. Public bus stand located nearby.

Price should have been a bit less for a room with shared bathroom.

it is over priced for what it is and where it is. we used it as a stop gap from bus station to airport and only visited the bay / mall area for the evening. it is not close to anything else. the owner messages you on WhatsApp prior to stay but we had no internet the day travelling to penang so didn’t get them until after we arrived

Free parking and quite many facilities provided, and the owner upgrade our room to bigger room with no charge. The owner quite friendly as well.

There is no exhaust fan to circulate the air, as the previous guests smoke inside the room, the smile still inside the room. Probably can install exhaust fan? Forget to inform about the don't gave highest floor as my family's knee pain.

Nice place, very clean at a very decent price. Owner is very friendly and helpful even in the middle of the night.

Lacking microwave and some kitchen. Also it would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

Parking space a bit hard to park especially during peak hours..and the parking lot is on the side..beware of other cars..The aircond a bit slow to cool the room though its already at the minimum temperature..

The cleanliness of the room and public area was commendable. The surroundings are quiet at night, allowing a good night rest. I like the hot drinks vending machine concept as well.

Very clean. Great shower - high pressure, hot hot water, two shower heads - very important for night before flight. 10RM Grab ride to the airport - 12 minutes. Good WiFi and A/C.

Hard to find because of no sign - call first before arriving to make things simple.
