My friend left her watch in the room. I am asking the owner to look for it. The owner was very helpful. Luckily, the watch is still there. Very recommended

The room is neat and comfy. Got both aircond n fan for our comfort. Got water dispenser and steamer for cloth. Got also hair dryer too. I love its pillow, totally my type- not too thick and not too thin. The heater works. Got body shower and hair shampoo. Got parking but limited since its public parking.

It was shared bathroom but its was fine since its convenient. Tissue was not supplied but its not important. I feel not safe keeping my shoes at outside of the entrance but its fine too. I feel left the key for us to insert the entrance felt unsafe but thank god it was fine.

Usm designer dwell always amaze me with their classic contemporary design,and i already booked two single room previously before the COVID-19. The cleanliness as always at top notch and the bed are also comfy.

I notice that some of the facilities are wearing down like the wallpaper of the room and also in the bathroom. The bathroom also have a gloomy vibe compared to the last time i was here.

Cozy bedroom, aircond was really cold. Toilet was clean. Toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste were provided. Water heater available for showering. There is also a Coway machine to drink water.

The creaky floorboards when people are walking outside. There were some ants near the sink area. If they can put some carpet to reduce the noise will be efficient

The room was cozy and had everything necessary for me to enjoy my stay. The bed was super comfortable. I like how there is an option to either use the fan or the air-conditioner as I do enjoy the white noise from the fan. They also provide hot water to bath and water dispenser machine to drink hot or cold water. The room decorations was simple yet great.

Small room suit for couple. The furniture arrangement very good and comfortable to walk in the room. Comfortable bed, facilitated with hair dryer, stand hanger, rack, small table, water dispenser.

The lamp in the toilet should be replaced with another design. It trap dust and spider webs. Or maybe you can clean it so it will look nice.

Very nice to stay here. Staff are helpful. Location is very good, close to bus stop, to any kind of food, market and laundry.

1/fast and easy check in 2/the bed and pillow so comfortable 3/basic all in need were well prepared such as water dispenser ,bathroom ,ironing and laundry shop (downstair).

1/ bathroom fan for drying purpose is not easy to set during bath taken if im short.

Breakfast was not served. The location is excellent. Accessibility is excellent because you can access the place at any time. So, I will score it high on access quality.

Availability of lobby. The provision of a lobby may help to enhance its publicity.

The room is as what the photos shows. The look from outside is quite deceiving, as in it is located in a shoplot. However, the moment you entered, you will be amazed by the design. Super love the comfy bed, the deco. Owner John is friendly too. Toilet is shared, but it is well kept.
