What I like the most was the family suite was spacious with a living room and two bedrooms. TV stations was fantastic as well. Bathroom was clean and the shower was so powerful.

What I didn’t like was there could have been some coffee/tea making facilities in the room. No any bottled water’s either, we have to go to the lobby and get water by ourselves. The double beds sheet has dirty shoe marks and called the receptionist, and she did send in the maintenance guy. After the maintenance guy left, the changed sheet still has the dirty stain. When I was checking out, there was a young Chinese in the reception and I told him I’m checking out. Bloody hell, not a single word came out of his mouth as though I’m staying at his house for free. And still I say thank you and he ignored me.

I chose this accommodation because it offers private parking around the building, which is highly convenient for guests. Additionally, it is located quite close to Penang Hill, making it perfect for those wanting to explore the area. The hotel also features a water dispenser at the concourse level, ensuring access to hydration. I was upgraded to another due to an issue with my originally booked room. All in all, the deluxe room is cozy and spacious room. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Location to the hospital is just perfect by walk. Huge room. Amazing helpful staff. Good water heater.

The door noises protection is bad, it causes too many noises even from other rooms. The guests are unethical. They can talk loudly at night even the staff have told them to shut up. The shower room can be improved actually. Would be good if you have cafe or small canteen.

We stay because its near to the Island Hospital that we going (just across the road). Room is large, clean and decent (not much ammenities), aircon cold, hot water ideally hot. There is also hot and cold water dispenser.

Hotel far from citiy centre and food area. You need taxi or Grab to tavel around as there is no public transport in that area. Need to get food before you come back to hotel as there is no cafetaria is the hotel, they sell on snack and mineral water.

Love the wide space, cleanliness and the interior design of the hotel. The parking is really convenient as they have plenty of private parking spaces. Shower is good. Hotel soundproof is satisfactory. The bed is large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is still very new. They have mini fridge. They do have Netflix. They have no smoking policy which is great. The location is pretty near to some Buddhism temples and few mins drive to Georgetown food heaven. Truly enjoyed my 2 nights stay with my hubby over here. Price of hotel is very reasonable. Am so happy to stay here. Will definitely recommend it to my family & friends and may come back here for future stay.

I love almost everything. The only thing is you can hear other guest chit chat, open/close door outside of our room door area, not a big deal though. Suggest hotel to prepare at least 2 dustbins each room.

The room was quite clean and tidy. The hotel is near to some restaurants within 10 minutes driving distance.

Would be great if can have indoor slippers available. The hotel entrance is quite near to a junction. After I turn right, I will need to immediately change to left lane so that I won't miss the entrance. But luckily less cars came from the left, so far in my 3d2n stay I was willing to drive into the hotel entrance safely.

the most value for money accommodation u can get in georgetown. it is located in the middle of georgetown where most of the best places to eat is located. parking space is a lot. this is my 3rd stay here and would come again in the future.

My family members and I very satified as the room is clean, comfortable and spacious ； Air Cond is cold enough, also have ceiling fan as option ; Safe parking space, no worries for guest who travel with their own vechile, locaton is convenience too ; Furthermore, Check-in and check-out superb fast and effeciency. Thank you to save our times !

Sound proof a bit weak but no impact if you are tired. Pillow is bit high, haha !

Spacious room, very suitable for family

The shower head holder is too high and not adjustable. It was difficult for me to shower without having to hold the shower head. Could at least install a rain shower 🚿 head to resolve the problem. Add-on documentary and sports on tv channels if possible. Extra pillow would be wonderful. Everything else is perfect n nice!

Spacious room, Matresses and pillows are comfy and clean.

Like all the people here complaining about the shower head, its still remain as it is. Need to hold the shower head while showering. Its a funny drawback.
