I liked the location, the room size, the free wifi. It's close to Hawker Centers, where they sell food cheaply as well. It was great for a nights stay.

This *MIGHT* be a Malaysian thing (I'm from Thailand), but instead of free bottle water, there was a water dispenser located outside the room, with hot and cold water. This hotel also required a cash deposit for the keycard, in RMB, which I didn't have enough. Thankfully he accepted THB as the deposit as well.

The parking is very convenience, no hassle to get parking space. Location for food good, just walking distance less than 5 minutes to food court. Hotel room is very spacious. Matters is comfortable not the soft type.

The bed sheet, pillow case and towel must change to new as all turn to yellowish. Hope the management will look into this matters. The WiFi is very poor as cannot be connect.

You guys Really did a good job... we are very satisfied plus happy....we didn't expect that much Superb rooms OMG......very cleaning....no bad smells.....room was fresh and near by all the way we want to go shopping or food it's very easy for us.... totally fantastic......tq so much for garden inn hotel......next time holiday for penang definitely will prefer your hotel..... Thank You So Much......♥️

Room is spacious and have good amenities. Reasonably priced and location is good.

The room was abit dusty as I think coz it was a peak season so it was under staff to have more time to clean room more thoroughly.

Centre of Georgetown, comfortable stay, worth staying here. Parking also available at front of the hotel. Smooth check in. Coway water filter available at each hotel floors and self laundry located at GF!

Can improve on the WiFi speed (not so stable, but still able to use for basic surfing, WhatsApp), to add on TV channels.

The room was very spacious and clean. The AC was working well. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. The lift made is easier to get to your room. The hotel is in the centre of Georgetown. Easy accesses to the variety of food Penang has to offer.

I like the fact that they have private sheltered parking for motorcycles and the location is walking distance to local hawkers foods center.

They don't have fridge in the room and there is no clothes hanger in the bathroom, other than that everything is good.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel area and rooms and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is also near to padang kota and the other places of attraction.

The location is quite far from the feringghi beach. If you are looking for beach type of vacation then this hotel is not suitable for you.

Clean, I booking 2 deluxe room and I get sharing room for me and my daughter. Tq very much., I appreciate it. nice and simple for badget hotel. a lot of parking. Washing machine nd dryer 24 hour.
