The location is great, there are watson and mini market right next to the hotel. Across the hotel was also a really good salted chicken restaurant. The building looks quite new and the bedroom was really clean, amenities were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure about parking lot since we took grab everywhere.

The jet shower was somehow on the left side of the toilet, which was pretty uncomfortable.

Staff made us felt welcome there and were extremely friendly. The were always eager to help too, they didnt have to help load our lugguage into the private hire but they went ahead and did so. Door greeters were almost there 24/7 to assist door opening so it makes us feel like royalty. The room was spacious and felt luxurious. Everything was very clean and the room smells great. Sheets didn't have unacceptable stains or holes. Pillow and bedding smelt fresh and were not dusty. Floor wasn't dusty nor slick, it was squeaky clean. Bath towels were also fresh, smells and feels great. Overall, it was want of the cleanest hotels I've stayed and everything smells so good. P.S of you see some drops of liquid on the floor, it is probably some sort of fragrance the hotel uses. It was surprising to see at first as it looks like they did not mop the floor.

The condition of the room really showed its age. Despite the cleanliness, the wear and tear of the furniture, wall etc, makes it looks worse than it is. This is really apparent in the bathroom. The metal bathroom fitings are not anodised but painted black and when the paint is chipped, it reveals the metal underneath it. Also, a much needed deep cleaning is needed with bleach because there are some spots of black (mold?) on the caulking. There was hard water stains on the glass too. Overall its just wear and tear and bathroom upkeep.

It is strategically located beside a hawker center, with a good massage place and nice dim sum restaurant across the street. On the right, it’s near New Lane Food Street. The hotel room is comfortable and clean. Though it doesn’t offer breakfast, there are plenty of options nearby. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The receptionist is very friendly, and the room service is prompt and efficient. There are plates and utensils available for takeout, which is especially helpful if you are traveling with kids and find it difficult to eat out. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

the towels needs changing. it was frayed, dull and not fluffy. some parts were torn. it was a shame bcoz everything else was perfect.

The location was great. It was walking distance to many eating places. The hotel was comfortable and staff were excellent. We requested for extra pillows and towels and were promptly delivered. We had a good customer experience. Kudos to all the staff.

All of us had problem using the Penang Smart Parking. Hence we were not able to park outside the hotel but had to walk to a nearby paid parking to park overnight. This created some inconvenience for us when we arrived and when we left the hotel.

i love the environment n the soft lounge music. they dont hv bellboy but if its included, they deserve almost 5 stars. the room was super nice. the bed was super soft n comfortable. the amenities is beyond expectation.there is elevator. the place is super clean.highly recommend from me.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the stay a very pleasant one. The hotel furnishings seem rather new and modern, bed and interior of the room were as stated; it was spacious! Hotel also provided small toiletries and water bottles which were very good. I liked the fact that the room came with two tvs, a common area and a microwave -- it would make for a good room for a family or a group of friends travelling together. Shower was clean and the water was warm. Hotel location was good too, within walking distance from lots of food options and one could possibly even walk to the main Georgetown centre.

Although generally clean, there were some instances where I felt that cleanliness could be improved a little - one of my sheets came with a slight small stain (perhaps from previous guests), but it looked like it had been washed.

A nice, well appointed hotel in a gorgeous building. The staff was very polite and attentive. The room was clean and, although not very big, cosy and quite well sound-proofed. Very convenient that there are shops and cafes located in the same building.

The bed was rather short. The hotel is a 30 min walk from the old town – be prepared to walk or take public transport.
