location was great. walking distance to most eatery places. the hotel is cute. small but cute. room deco is nice.

great location and easy to find. comfortable bed.

lack of sockets in our room (only 2!)

i love everything about this hotel even though from the outside looks like nothing, but surely you will be amaze with the decorations there. Plus, you can read the old books/magazines they have provided. All the things in the room were completely ready for you to use (towel, toothbrush, shampoo/shower gel). their location was located in the city centre. thumbs up.

hotel don’t have any reserved parking for customer.

The room is undeniably pretty - very aesthetic. Love the bathtub in the bedroom area. Lots of people have asked me where I stay when I posted photos on my social media, so that’s a plus for the property.

The hotel open recently in late 2021 but there are visible wear and tear in the public areas already. I see cracks on mirror in the elevator. The elevator was a bit squeaky as well - can be terrifying for people who panics easily coz the elevator was a bit shaky going up and down. The hardware in the room looks lux but they are a bit wonky especially the faucet for the bathtub. The other decorative items in the room have seen better days.

Room was pretty spacious, bathroom good with good shampoo and bath gel. Toilets not very good because the flush is not that okay. Bed was good.

Get a phone system set up with a phone for each room. Plus, I know it's very new and young, but for a hotel to be four-star, you have to have at least a small place for simple breakfast, with room service, if possible - good example of this is Merchant Hotel at Penang Road. Go on and grow first, then add these things. Cigarette or some other smoke I could smell sometimes in the room too. You may raise your rates when you're four-star.

Arrived in penang at midnight and one of the staff, Loh waited for me to arrive at the hotel at around 12.30ish midnight to pass me the room card. Really unique hotel with strategic locations. Near to all you need! Food, marts and attractions. Will come again next time

No wardrobe to hang my clothes,

The room was exactly what was shown on Booking.com. The best value ever. The hotel room design are gorgeous and very special 😍 I like it. The staff is extremely friendly and the location is excellent. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the major attractions. It was a good choice for my short stay in Penang. Highly recommended ❤️ and definitely will back again.

We had a set up for the room and it was nicely decorated. Overall, our stay was disrupted as the Aircon was leaking on our second night. But I must say Kudos to the whole team for booking an alternative location for my partner and I and even did what they can to make the trip an enjoyable and memorable one.

Some small area of dust but overall was good.

Workers are friendly, they give me a call before i come, room with two aircond, hot water function well, bathtub were nice, Easy access everything is in the room, hahaha

Bathtub pipe not working or i didn't know how to use , aircond got leaking. Luckily got two aircond.
