Most Disappointing The Price Is Totally Different In Booking App And At Hotel Price We Ask To Receptionist They Told Tax All But It’s Totally Different… So We Decide To Pay Coz Of Not To Spoil Our Vacation Mood … B4 This Also I Got Book Some Other Place But This Is First Time Experience For Me …

Strategic location. Comfy at a reasonable price. The front desk staff is friendly. Food wise, near to a nasi kandar restaurant that opens early in the morning. Near Lotus Bercham, walking distance.

1. Limited parking. You need to buy a parking ticket coupons or simply use an app. Ask the front desk staff for further information. 2. Limited TV channels. Need some improvement on this area. Only had RTM2 channel. At least, should have other channels such as TV3, TV9, Awesome TV, and RTM1.

-We stayed in the last room and it was quite hot when we checked in. The air conditioner is a bit slow to cool the air in the room - The King mattress is quite comfortable but when sleeping on it, I can feel a mattress spring in my back but it can still be considered comfortable.

The room, unfortunately, lacked soundproofing, resulting in complaints about noise in the middle of the night, particularly notable as we arrived late due to traffic congestion. However, it was impeccably clean and remarkably comfortable. The availability of a lift to transport our luggage was a definite plus. The reception staff were exceedingly pleasant and provided a wealth of helpful information. We would gladly return for another stay in Ipoh if the need arises.

Quiet surroundings. Easy public parking. Hotel room very clean and hotel quite new. Aircon, water pressure very good. Room quite spacious. Lotus's just across the road. If you have phobia, choose deluxe rooms which have windows. The hotel has an elevator which is excellent.

Few eateries which close around midnight. For night hawks, left with little choice but to drive elsewhere. Booking online using apps much cheaper than walk in rates.

Value pay and good location, you can walk to Tesco and be surrounded by restaurants. The bank is also walking distance and this was my second stay at this property.

At 1st, my sibling booked this property and drove from Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh after WORK. During the drive, around 2000hrs, the front counter called my sibling and checked on the check-in status and requested to make an online transfer before check-in to conform their stay, but my sibling mentioned will pay upon check in. Once they arrive at the property, the front counter claims the Booking.Com cancels the booking (at 2200hrs). To avoid argument, I re-booked for my family. Please be careful with this.

Counter Staff are very helpful and friendly especially both Ms devi and Ms Sarah. The room we stayed was clean. We also enjoy taking the shower. Water pressure is strong. No issue with hot water and drainage. Location of hotel is convenient as there are eateries (both Chinese and Muslim food) within walking distance. There is also Lotus just opposite the hotel.

Abit noisy especially when there a party is held at the function room on level one. We can hear the party at room 117 on level one.

The room was comfortable, the bed was big, and the aircon worked well. There’s a nice sitting area behind the lobby with a big table. The staff were amazing, let us store our luggage when we got there early and tried their best to check us in sooner. They helped us organize a car booking as well. Super lovely!

The only thing I would say is that you can hear the noise from the hallway quite clearly in the room. It didn’t really bother us as we were only there for one night, but maybe bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

I like its cleanliness. Room rates are reasonable; stayed here before in smaller and larger rooms as well. Hotel location is nearby to Lotus's supermarket and few other eateries within walking distance.Tv channel reception is good, much less grainy than few other more expensive hotels i visited recently.

1 WiFi is terrible - there are over 3 access points found signals in room but none is stable enough to keep the connection. 2 The way it's water heater works for shower is simple and complex both at the same time. One knob direction or turn for water pressure AND temperature is somewhat confusing They had to put fine prints on the how-to use shows most, if not all guests find this 'sofisticatedly annoying'...
