The room was clean and tidy. Shower equipped with hot water functioning well. The staff was helpful. The stay was good.

There's a signboard of free parking in front of the hotel which only reserved for 4 parking lot. Need to pay coupon to MBSI if parking outside of the reserved parking lot. There's a free parking but located at the back of the hotel.

The room is very clean and I love the towels! The staff are also very friendly. They changed my room to standard room bcs my booked room had an issue, they didn't charge for the upgraded room. The toilet had good water pressure and was very clean also. The environment is also comfortable to sleep at night, no loud noises or distractions. There were convenience store very near and petrol station.

The location can be a bit scary at night, for girls but luckily the parking is just in front of the hotel. No mini fridge provided if you want to keep any drinks/food.

Friendly staff and beautiful decoration at the lobby/entrance. The location is easy to accessed. Located nearby with food stalls and convenience store. Spacious room with clean bed and toilet. Tv and aircond functioning well. Got electrical water boiler, 3in1 sachet drinks, mineral water. toiletries (soap, toothbrushes, shower gel, shower cap), iron and iron board. Tv and aircond also well functioning.

The environment is good, near all shop and resraurant,the room is nice and big.

The sound next door is quite loud, door closing, people talking, baby crying very clear from inside the room on 1st day.luckly im tired doing outdoor activity after 2nd n 3rd day so directly sleep like a dead log.

Single small room with single bed with very good price and tiptop facilities. The bathroom was sooo cantik! Feeling luxurious 🌟 TV has many channels. Iron and board attached to the wall. The best!

Coway machine is only available at the lobby in front of the receptionist counter. Need to go down to take water, but still okay though :) If you need late night snacks, there's 7Eleven just next to the hotel.

Value for money. Cleanliness, awesome water pressure & good working aircond. 7-11 few doors away. Parking great. Easy access to food. Room was spacious, sheets were clean. Staff friendly. Will definitely recommend & Will come back again.

There is no fridge. We stayed in King room; there definitely was room for 1 more chair, if the hotel could consider it.

I book two rooms which is Single room and Superior room. I love the room very clean, tidy and spacious. The view also very nice but for single room don't have window. Even though this hotel is a budget hotel, but the room like a 4 star hotel. They provide complete toiletries like soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and also hair dryer. This hotel also provides fridge and many sockets inside the room and also has telephone inside the room, so easier to call the receptionist. This hotel Near Ipoh Night Market and Mcd around 5 Minutes by car. Will repeat this hotel next time.

One of the receptionist, the small guy its not friendly. This place a bit far from Ipoh which is around 15 minutes. And also very hard to find malay/mamak restaurant around this hotel.

room was very clean. water pressure in toilet also very good. facilities in room also quite complete except for no small refrigerator. but for its price, it is quite complete. the location depends on your purposes.. for me, to go to sport complex is quite near. only 8 minutes by car

late check in and found that water heater not functining. was told when check in the counter girl should not gave that room as the staf know about the problem. 1 of 3 of us had taken bath and hanged all the clothes inside bathroom,so requested remain in the same room but allow the other 2 to use bathroom in another room to bath for that night only. is a problem for us to change room coz we had travel 14 days and had taken out all our belongings, and hanged our washed clothes. the staf refused and rude. when worry how to take the wet clothes to another room, understanding admin allow us to stay in the same room and use bathroom in another room

For a 3-star hotel, this hotel gives out good toothbrushes that I brought the extras home with me. Kudos on the team for choosing suitable brushes for the customers. I appreciated the effort :)
