Location- very near to lotus, aeon kinta, shophouses, iooh night market, niase street food. There is 7E same row with the hotel. Room wise - room is ok. Can fit 4 of us. They provided extra pillows. Aircond works well. They also have cuckoo at the corridor. Bedsheet so far ok its cleans and no mosquitoe or what so ever insect. No weird smell as well. Overall its clean and neat. Well done! Toilet - toilet clean. Got simple amenities, towels. Water heater also works fine. No funny smell. All good . Keep up the good work! Parking - free parking outside the hotel. I came during non peak so parking easy to get. Checkin and checkout process - quite fast. Need to prepare cash coz hotel acquire deposit. Or you can pay via touch n go ewallet.

One of the towel is torn. Hope hotel staff can make sure they only provide a good towel. So far towel no stain. Only torn. Luckily we brought our own towel.

All the rooms had good lighting; beddings & towels were clean. There were spare pillows. The rooms for 2 adults had coffee making facilities. The bathrooms were clean, with good lighting & of good size, with adequate toiletries.

Having to use the stairs bringing the luggage up & then down; luckily it was just one floor. My knees ache every now & then when using the stairs. The room with the queen sized bed was rather small making performing prayer a little difficult. All rooms had no windows. The room with a single bed had no coffee making facility.

Location: 7-11 very near (1 minute walk). Also there is a Lotus nearby, where you can eat Western style fast food, Indian food, Thai food (the staff can speak Thai) and Chinese food. Taxi to old town is around RM 10 via grab). The staff here can speak English. (I speak English and Mandarin with one staff when checking in, and English and Tamil with another staff when checking out.) The water in the bathroom is slightly warm, which is okay for me, but I think it’s not okay for people preferring a hot shower.

I booked a small room, which doesn’t have a window. I should have booked a bigger room instead.

I recently stayed at a hotel conveniently located near numerous eateries, making dining options abundant both at night and in the morning. The check-in experience was exceptional, thanks to the helpful Indian lady who ensured a smooth check in to my stay even I arrive quite late after the check in timing.Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommended for food enthusiasts and those who appreciate excellent service.

the room so clean and tidy. and my daughter love the bed got double decker for her. and the location are near to the night market and mall. so, easy for my family go and buy a food.

I hope, the will fix the toilet hose. So water leaking from there. when use the toilet, the floor get wet.

We managed to secure 1 family room with 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is helpful to assist us book transport to Concubine lane. Many restaurant nearby and convenient for food - Lotus's is within walking distance.

Sound proof in the room not well - can hear people talking at front desk and at the corridor at night.

I think someone is checking in the middle of the night. Luckily the noise is just awhile. We understand it is not the hotel issues. Just what we experienced.

Everything was great, comfy bed and a pretty spacious room. In my room, the bathroom was pretty clean as well with a really good air-con.

The room I was staying at is located one shop away accessible through stairs with no lift. Usually not a problem, but if you're packing and bringing a lot of things, make sure to take note on this.

Nicely decorated and cozy hotel, room was clean and location is perfect for us.

Although the room is value for money however just a suggestion for the management, cleaning or floor vacuum could be done slightly later as we could hear the cleaner vacuuming the floor early in the morning

The staff really nice. Location was strategic and all clean and beautiful. It was a cozy place to stay for a small group.

If can, put more parking spot because we were a bit difficult to find parking at first. Fortunately, got a vacant after few round of searching.
