I have stayed many times here and the hotel is well kept and has been upgraded with good maintenance.Rooms are taken care off.The room size is spacious.The toilet is clean and shower is good.I booked 2 rooms and the price is reasonable.It comes with breakfast.I highly recommend this hotel. Aircondition is fine.We will come again. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Affordable price, decent breakfast, clean and quiet room with amenities. All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

We have to take Grab/ Taxi to go even anywhere nearby from the hotel (Not a big issue, as Grab rides are generally affordable).

Booked a family room for 5 nights stayed, managed to extended 2 more nights on the day after check in with the help of the staff as hotel was fully booked during Christmas peak season. Limited parking lots just in front the hotel, first come first serve, but hotel car park assistants would help to look after hotel guest car.. Location was excellent, close to most main shopping area like KSL, Pelangi plaza, only with a few minutes walk. The monday night market start from KSL, ending near this hotel. Local food court just beside this hotel, got a good range selection of tasty food and drinks with reasonable and affordable price, really convenient for family with kids like me! All hotel staff include house keepers and car park assistants were friendly and helpful. The room was old but neat and tidy, air con was in good working condition, towels and bed sheets were old too but also clean to use. Hair dryer, ironing board, mini bar provided in the room as well, toiletries were replenished daily, the water pressure and heater was good, the house keeping done a good job. A suggestion for the toilet, maybe can consider fix a hang soap dispenser near the washing basin, fix a bath gel dispenser and a shampoo dispenser in the bath room to replace soap bar and small bottle of bath gel and shampoo? It'll be much more convenient to use, and more hygienic too. Overall was a comfort stay throughout these 7 nights, get much more expectation for the price paid from this middle class hotel. Keep it up!

Breakfast was provided with multiple food choices like rice, porridge, noodles, soup, bread, fruits... definitely able to fill up your stomach although variety not much, but was a decent spread compared to the price. A suggestion for the fried items like fried green bean, fried tapioca, almost provided daily, can consider replace by healthier steam food?

The first day we came, the staff gave us room without window . And we think the hotel was an old building, with limited facility . So we came to the reception and complaint about the room and told that we want to cancel the next day booking . The reception then offer us the other room, which is more spacious and have window, she also said we will lost our money if we cancel the next day staying . So we decided to continue our staying there with unhappy feeling. But then we found out this old hotel was very EXCELLENT, the room was really CLEAN, the floor was clean, no dust, complete EQUIPTMENT and TOILETRIES, the FOOD STALL just behind the building,the foods were delicious, variatif, the location was really NEAR to JB central, KSL mall, by grab is only 7 to 10 RM. WALKING DISTANCE to Pelangi Mall. To Legoland was only 20 RM. The price of the room was including BREAKFAST, very cheap. The breakfast menu were the same everyday but we like it all, delicious and variatif. We love their KAYA JAM, their WAFFLES were crispy and smell good. We booked for 3 adults and 1 child ,so we had free breakfast for 4 people. Excellent. Really BUDGET worth it. But unfortunately when we plan to continue to book hourly as our flight was late at night on the third day, they didn't accept it because the rooms all has fully booked. Now we understood that this hotel was really good and people like it so much . I really RECOMMENDED this hotel.

They didn't have adapter for 2 holes charging . So we need to buy adapter at the mall.

Standard hotel so frills. Clean, comfortable and value for money.

Breakfast selection was not great no real meat options only hotdogs. Carbs option was good. Walls rather thin, could hear the neighbours

i got a surprise room upgrade so i am thankful. Room is clean and quiet. Had a great night of sleep. Bathtub in toilet is big as well, can fit 2.

Love the spacious room, ample space bathroom, good shower. Good breakfast and the set lunch, tasty & delicious. Staffs are friendly. Good location, not far from CIQ, walking distance to pelangi mall and mamak restaurants.

The bed was too hard and the room was not sound proof as I could hear people talking, repair works/hammering and I could smell cigarettes coming from the hallway. Parking is a bit of a hassle but I manage to get a spot Infront of the hotel and I didn't use the car for 3 days, I move around with grab which is so much more convenient ☺️

Hotel was more than expected everything was good, breakfast was good staffs were friendly and helpful.

Parking was a problem had to park a bit far from the hotel throughout the day. At night got ample parking.

Location in the city centre so not a problem if you have transport. Room is spacious and clean with basic amenities provided. Breakfast not huge spread but just nice and tasty. We stayed for 1 night so it is comfortable and value for money.

1. We went during the weekends so open parking available, walk is still needed though. Requested to park in front of hotel(because my mum is with me) but they claimed it's for the bus but when when we checked out no bus is parked there, the guy in front just did not want to allow us to park. 2. Only tv3 channel on the TV, so please do not expect anything else.
