I love the location and the water pressure are good and hot/cold water are way very consistent. Despite of being old hotel, the ac in the room is cold.

Dirty towels, all female receptionist during my stay do not know how to talk in english and help. When we need utensils during nigh time, ask for one they simply said restaurant close and not even bother to offer any other solution. Bathroom door making a cracking sounds (room 1611), other than that all good for my gateway for 3d2n stay in JB.

The room is comfy, clean, worth for what I've paid off, varieties of food at cafe (breakfast included for 3 pax!).

the lady at front desk is busy with her phone (sounds like she is having a personal call), I have to ask which floor the room is located, whether the breakfast coupon are provided, she didn't even informed me where is the cafe for breakfast, she didn't even telling me how to get to the car park, how to claim for free parking etc. I even have to ask the concierge, how to get claim for parking!

Spacious with good beddings

The lousy connecting wooden doors...Can hear very clearly what the next door neighbor is talking or doing...Very very disruptive when we are tired and wanna rest

Free parking but need to validate your Touch N Go card at the reception every time you want to go out. Spacious room with facing Singapore strait. Gym is located at 11th floor and equipment is ok. For food, a lot of variety you get to choose from. Walking distance to restaurant and other amenities.

You may heard notice from the TV from the other rooms and also from the bar/restaurant below especially during night time.

All about my room is okay... view okay.. the staff friendly.. breakfast also good... I am Johorean, but due the view there I'm taking pic in the room facing the morning view, people assume I at Cameron/ Penang...☺️

Have a period while waiting for my lift, have smell something stinky like baby diapers. (around 8:00pm), when I comeback to the hotel (around 10:00pm) the smell still there, maybe someone throw something in the trash can.. but tomorrow morning during breakfast, the smell already gone...

breakfast was great. they provide nasi lemak with chicken curry, chicken sausage, stir fry potatoes, few types of cereals, salads, fruits, white bread with spreads, croissants and also few of malaysians traditional kuih. every type of rooms have bathtub. rooms with view of the city. many nearby restaurants within walking distance

air conditioner controller seems not working properly. when we adjust the temperature not much make any difference😂

Location is good. Very near to singapore border. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staffs are very accommodating. Thank you Rooms condition acceptable. Wear and tear here and there but still okay.

Limited choices of breakfast. Toilet lil bit mouldy Elevator to parking and to rooms are at different places.

Everything except carpark arrangement.

Carpark arrangement can be better improved. Instead of making us validate the TouchNgo card at reception everytime we want to go out, they can validate just once during check-in using our room number. Other than that New York hotel is a perfect place to stay.!

Near to shops nearby..hotel lobby minimart 24hours..indoor swimming pool...to ksl only 7min .outside hotel lot of food eateries..really convenient...wil come bck to stay in this hotel on November

Breakfast...i stay for 3 nights & that 3 days breakfast can changed to fried rice instead nasi lemak for 3 days...malay kueh really hard to eat especially senior citize...hope this can be improved when my next visit

Breakfast is good, and the food is replenish often so everyone have enough food to eat. As for location, it is very near to eateries and surely you will not starve if you arrive late. Basic amenities/ toiletries provided like kettle, fridge, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap etc. But if you care for your hygiene please bring your own towels. This hotel provided free wifi too so it is a bonus for us.

I can smell some smokes from ciggarettes in the bedroom. Probably someone who used the bedroom has been smoking, I don’t know. Would be better if the air in the room being purified before next person check in. Also the lifts, not all lifts are working therefore take so long to wait before you actually can go up or down, and I personally cannot climb the stairs since my room is on the 21st floor.
