Spacious with good beddings

The lousy connecting wooden doors...Can hear very clearly what the next door neighbor is talking or doing...Very very disruptive when we are tired and wanna rest

All about my room is okay... view okay.. the staff friendly.. breakfast also good... I am Johorean, but due the view there I'm taking pic in the room facing the morning view, people assume I at Cameron/ Penang...☺️

Have a period while waiting for my lift, have smell something stinky like baby diapers. (around 8:00pm), when I comeback to the hotel (around 10:00pm) the smell still there, maybe someone throw something in the trash can.. but tomorrow morning during breakfast, the smell already gone...

breakfast was great. they provide nasi lemak with chicken curry, chicken sausage, stir fry potatoes, few types of cereals, salads, fruits, white bread with spreads, croissants and also few of malaysians traditional kuih. every type of rooms have bathtub. rooms with view of the city. many nearby restaurants within walking distance

air conditioner controller seems not working properly. when we adjust the temperature not much make any difference😂

Breakfast is good, and the food is replenish often so everyone have enough food to eat. As for location, it is very near to eateries and surely you will not starve if you arrive late. Basic amenities/ toiletries provided like kettle, fridge, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap etc. But if you care for your hygiene please bring your own towels. This hotel provided free wifi too so it is a bonus for us.

I can smell some smokes from ciggarettes in the bedroom. Probably someone who used the bedroom has been smoking, I don’t know. Would be better if the air in the room being purified before next person check in. Also the lifts, not all lifts are working therefore take so long to wait before you actually can go up or down, and I personally cannot climb the stairs since my room is on the 21st floor.

Near to shops nearby..hotel lobby minimart 24hours..indoor swimming pool...to ksl only 7min .outside hotel lot of food eateries..really convenient...wil come bck to stay in this hotel on November

Breakfast...i stay for 3 nights & that 3 days breakfast can changed to fried rice instead nasi lemak for 3 days...malay kueh really hard to eat especially senior citize...hope this can be improved when my next visit

Check in was swift but no welcome drink.

During to hotel upgrading works, front office could have advise guest of the usage on 2 lift cars for car park n guest room. Complimentary Car parking can be stamped right away at check in to save the time to travel down again since the two lifts serve different purposes.at each fresh Entrance guest can be advised to stamp upon leaving the room to front office. The toilet wash tap is leaking at the base of the joint, informed the front office before departure

Nice view and location.

My room door was default for 2 times, i have to go to the receptionist counter a few times to report and get new card. Yet still cant open it.Been waiting more than 1 hour waiting the technician reprogram the door. Really wasting my time.The pool need a renovation.

The room charges is reasonable.

Breakfast is not to the standard like New York Hotel before.

Very convenient location.food paradise & good amenities..

Pillows too soft and ac not that cold..perhaps hv to do regular maintenance..

1. ROOM WAS CLEAN & SMELT NICE, ACCESSIBLE FOR "OKU" PATIENTS, VIEW WAS GOOD. 2. WHAT I REQUESTED WAS FULFILLED. 3. BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS GOOD (ALTHOUGH NEED TO ADD MORE), EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY STAFFS. 4. LIFTS WERE EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND FAST.
