The unit was kept really clean and tidy. Everything was really done up pretty well. As soon as we entered, it was a pleasant surprise to see such nice studio apartment.

This is not a negative, but the power had tripped and we didn’t know how to fix it. We thought the compartment where the MCP is locked, but it was not really locked.

Check-in was smooth as it is a self-check in process and the room itself was clean and smelled nice. The location was also convenient as it's directly connected to the KSL mall. Furthermore, the host was very responsive and friendly when we asked questions.

The lift is too slow and it is worse during check-out timing as everyone was leaving. However, it is not the host fault.

Location was perfect & the host is really nice. Apartment is spacious & cosy even for 5-6 of us. The apartment smells nice & everthing required of in a house/hotel can be found here. There is even Netflix for us to watch. Throughly enjoyable stay and would definately be back for another staycay!

No shower curtain at the bathtub, the bathroom floor does gets a little slippery when it gets alittle wet. Lift is a little slow on 'checkout time'. Perhaps a shower curtain & some floor carpets would be nice and perfect :)

The place is cosy and clean. Downstairs are shopping mall and Monday has pasar malam, very happening and jam place.

The notification of checking in is from email and one day late. WhatsApp the host and being questioned by the host??

Provide detergent for washing machine use The waiting time for the lifts was horrible but glad the house owner informed before hand which was very helpful and kind.

Booked the apartment as it was close to the KSL pasar malam which we wanted to visit. Apartment was spacious for the 3 of us. Owner was very responsive when we needed some assistance with the door on the second day. Cleanliness was overall good though we sighted some ants and small cockroaches during our stay.

Things were generally good. There is nothing much that I didnt like. Perhaps just the remote control for TV box which was a little difficult to press and the mattress was a little soft for my liking.

The person in charge was very friendly and helpful The location was very convenient, being attached to a shopping centre, with food stalls, massage parlours and clothing shops The room was clean and as in the picture

Everything was good!The owner even make an effort to call and ask do we need to change the towels and the plastic for trash. Good service! Definitely will come back again!

Only the door entrance, it could be better if the owner change the door lock

Location is good, just above KSL City Mall. The apartment is exactly how it look in the photos and is clean and smells good! Host is also responsive, and the self check-in was a breeze!

The mattress of the queen size bed “concaved” in the centre, affecting sleep. No shower curtain so the bathroom floor is wet after shower.

The apartment was really clean and spacious for my family of four.. What was really great is that the host was very responsive. I had trouble with the water pressure and when i called the host was quick to response and we settled rge issue immediately and the water pressure was back to normal. Really great experience and will book his aprtment again in the future.
