The location is great with all the restaurants and the Imago Mall nearby. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff (especially the night shift ones) are very courteous.

The entrance of the building where there are a few steps, and we have to carry the luggages up the steps. The lighting at the entrance on G/F is very dim at night. Didn't receive the information on the auto check-in on time and the password sent was incorrect. However, the night shift staff was very helpful and courteous that made the check-in all went smoothly.

Its location its great. Near city and Imago mall and Gleneagles's hospital just few minutes walk away

It didn't have extra safety door lock from inside room, too easy to get if in they have a spare key or just breaking the door knob. For solo lady traveler, it felt quite unsafe. And the toilet system i think has some error, as the water in bowl keep turning yellow and some feces got into my toilet bowl even it wasn't use.

Location next to imago. Comfortable, feels like home. Very safe - only guests know the passcode to enter the property. Swift respond admin staff. Efficient and honest housekeeping. High speed wifi. TV got youtube and Netflix. Got cuckoo hot water dispenser- easy for a mom to prepare formula milk for kids at anytime. The management kept on improving on the facilities and refreshing the decor. This was almost my 10th times staying at the homesuite and they never disappoint me.

- Comfortable, looks recent and modern, and well equipped. - Self check-in information very clear and easy to follow. - Good value for money. - Walking distance from the waterfront and city centre.

- Minor peeve: the shower is not well designed, and it's very difficult to not splash water on the bathroom walls and floor. There's a sign acknowledging the problem, but solving it with a shower curtain or something similar would be better!

Sept 2022 couple, had 5 days there. It was a bit spooky that one communicates only via mail or whatsapp and key safe, but this worked very good. All questions or suggestions were answered quickly. The Imago shopping hall nearby allowed eating also on Sunday, where most restaurants were closed (strange). If you install the GRAB app, you get a cab safely and within minutes (and a lot of ads). The appartment was small, but bed and bathroom clean and all functioned well.

It was extremely difficult to find the right entrance, as all look the same and proper labelling is missing. I suggested they replace the fotos (useless) by a map, even if drawn by hand 😏

Location - Plenty of eateries. Mall is just opposite. Paid Parking available.

No choice for a cheaper parking lot. Hotel doesn't compensate or reimburse. Overnight parking is a little pricey.

It's hard for us to park nearest Homi hotel N need to use card,its suppose the homi hotel provide card for their customer,not the customer must find their paking lot for them self,its hard for personn that problem with knee...u all must suppose solve this paking lot problem

near to IMAGO, got lots of restaurants, bed is comfortable. convenient check in.

the toilet is sometimes has plumbing issue. the staff did not refresh the bed even though we have hanged the refresh sign before 3pm (as the instruction said). maybe can give extra garbage bags in the room for the guest to use if room refreshing is unable at the time being.

I was travelling for a medical appointment at Gleneagles Hospital KK. Choosing this place to stay is another good option other than Riverson Soho since it is located just next to Riverson and Gleneagles building. I also like the big full body mirror in the room.

It would be nice if the check in time starts after 2pm rather than starts after 3pm.
