The people were very helpful. Initially they could not get the room I wanted (connecting) but the day after they managed to get us a room next door. We went during the low season. It was a very relaxing break.

The facilities can be better. Recreation (water sports) was not available, indoor recreation can be upgraded. Wifi network is extremely poor. TV network doesn't work.

The staff is phenomenal. We had exceptional service with everyone that we met. They went above and beyond what we expected with their hospitality and service. The breakfast staff, duty manager, check in etc. I left my kindle behind and they found it as well.

The facilities and the hotel itself was built awhile ago and you can't expect it to be brand new. The place is vast and it's difficult to maintain such a huge property. Expect the usual wear and tear. The rooms have been updated and is clean. The bed is very comfortable. Their food selection needs to vary as the breakfast, lunch and dinner are the same.

Everything! We were staying up the road and were extremely unhappy and once I messaged Nexus we were checking in early to our beautiful ocean view room. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were extremely accommodating. This resort has everything in one spot and we’re lucky enough to basically have it all to ourselves during low season. There’s place to relax on the beach or the pool, heaps of restaurants to choose from (some closed due to low season numbers) bars, huge chess board, darts, pool, a wellness spa, kids club, hammocks, literally everything you need. Do keep in mind in low season some things aren’t open but we had the best time and it would be even better during peak season!

Nothing, we had the best stay!

The view from the room is lovely, looking over the beautifully landscaped grounds and out to sea where you can watch the sunset in the evening. We also loved spotting the resident monitor lizards. The spa is great too with a good range of treatments and very nice facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Clement was fantastic in helping us to arrange sightseeing trips and our transfer back to the airport. Dayang greeted us for breakfast each morning with her beautiful smile and did everything possible to ensure we had a good start to the day.

The only thing I would say is that parts of the resort could do with a refresh as some areas are a bit worn and dated. However, that did not impact our stay.

check-in was a breeze. room was perfect when i arrived. beach was area was well very cleaned and loungers are maintain clean. i had room service for dinner and it was great. food portion was delicious and large. breakfast was great with food variety - little asian & little western. pool was cleaned and the loungers were well maintained.

reception felt overwhelmed with only 2 person but reception should have brief a little on logistics of the room, breakfast area, etc. the bathroom mirror was not cleaned properly. i had room service but unfortunately, even after informing via chat app that i was done, the tray was not collected even after i checked out. during breakfast, waitress was overwhelmed trying to clean a table for me. seems they are under staff.

The view of the ocean was lovely from our room. Rooms were very well kept and had all the facilities you would come to expect from a high class hotel. Smart TV made it easy to keep ourselves entertained in the room. I felt the bathroom with the separate shower and bathtub was a bit extra, but it was a nice touch nonetheless The various bars and restaurants within the hotel meant we were never short of options for food and beverage. The beach was clean and immaculate, with silky smooth sand and crystal clear water

The only small issue we had was one ofour key cards had inexplicably stopped working, but it was quickly replaced by the staff when we informed them. We suspect it might've been caused by keeping the card too close to our phone for too long, so probably not the hotel's fault.

The resort is secluded with a beautiful private beach. Rooms are built to an extremely high standard with white marble every where. The staff have been helpful in every way. There are an abundance of monitor lizards, geckos, black squirrels, many song birds and insects

Some bars and restaurants are not fully staffed and renovated from being vacant for 5 years. However everyone here is working to bring everything up to fully functional levels.

Nice grounds and access to the beach

was probably spectacular in its day but a little dated now. Barely any spirits in the bar.

Beautiful hotel, amazing beach and place if you enjoy a beautiful and quiet place to relax. Pleasant breakfast and restaurant buffet. Mind blowing sunsets at the beach.

Facilities are a little old and could benefit some remodelling . beware of sandflies! it will literally eat you if you don't bring insects repellent to the pool and / or beach.
