I love the breeze of the ocean & the sound of the wave crashing into the sand just a few steps away from the villa. The view was amazing.

It was over pricey for RM694/night. 1. We need to call for room service after 5 minutes of checked-in due to the floor was too dusty. 2. We called maintenance team to repair the sliding door because it was stucked and too hard to open. 3. The private swimming pool caused eye irritation & our white shirt changed color to red. I believe due to high chlorine.

Excellent view. The beach was clean and beautiful view. Staffs were very kind and helpful, even before our stay, they contacted me first to confirm my booking and if i needed anything else. Love the private pool, can swim at anytime, the pool very well maintained. Near to restaurants, if u bring own car(s).

The place was not exactly clean as expected. Problem with the bathroom - clogged toilet, but noticed it only late at night. The kettle provided was leaking as well, could be dangerous to use. Best to properly check the property prior before new guests checking in. But overall, my family vacation was excellent. Keep it up 👍🏻

Wonderful stay! We had the private pool villa - villa was cleaned and equipped with all basic amenities for a good stay. Staff we very friendly and speedy response via WhatsApp for any needs. BBQ also available for rent which was good as well as on site café meals. Beachfront property, additional with 2 on site pools also great facilities just to walk around the property. Very family friendly

A bit of a drive from the city, so only access with private vehicle. Otherwise, a very good stay and definite value for money.

This was the perfect place to relax at the end of our trip. The villa was really spacious, super clean and very comfy. The kids loved the pool and we loved looking at the sea. the staff were incredibly helpful and were happy to drive us to the Nexus resort down the road for free if we wanted to eat there or use the spa.

everything ok, i like because front of beach.

must upgrade that property facility like mini lamp at pool side for better night swimming. can put something deco at back garden. Paint or change that outside ceiling fans. maintenance that back door. That all sorry about my experience its good, but. I just want you upgrade for better next custm experience to come. maybe i’m come again. 🤭

room rate is cheaper compare to borneo beach villas. our suites is the nearest to the beach n can the view very beautiful

toilet flush not functioning, so the put a big bucket in the bathroom (not a pleasant sight) for u to take water to clean. jacuzzi not functioning. no floor towel provided, why? your floor will be ruined by the water n wetness from out feet. no broom to swipe the sand on the floor. staircase n corridor was sandy & not clean.

We planned to have a barbecue but the barbeque sets for rental by the operator was fully booked. Not a big issue but if you're planning to have barbeque then it's best to rent it early or bring your own

..My kids loves the pools.. And the view it so peaceful and make me away from stressed before.. Kindly and friendly staff they have and 4 star for their services while we're staying there..Good Job👍.

Understand what hotel facing the situation now.. Nice view.. Hopefully in the future, hotel much be concern about the floor and the bed also for guest safety and confident to staying for next time.. Otherwise they have are nice staff and good service and 4 star for them.

I love the seaview and amenities.

I wish that the staff would refill the soap and check the equipments prior to guest coming in. Our soap amount was little and tv remotes couldn't be used. It would be great if we didnt need to call for staff as soon as we landed.

Private swimming pools and bbq area. we stay at beach front villa. we really enjoyed the sunsets and sunrises. will stay there again next time.

one of the sliding door can’t close properly and cannot lock form inside.
