I like the room the location and the service they provided to guests. The security also autstanding. Me and my family are grateful for the service. The view are stunning.! The staff are nice and helpful.

The room. I payed is for two people, the price are for 2 also for breakfast. But the staff said i have to pay becaise my booking are just for one guest. I check the price in booking. Com. Apparently its the same prize. Nevertheles i comply with their terms... Other that that. Its fine.

Cleanliness n friendly staff

Staff were a bit chaotic during breakfast at the cafe. Tables were cleared when guests went for seconds, even though cups n glasses were full. Guests returned only to find their table already occupied

Lovely hotel. Location is close to the waterfront with a great seaview. Our suite was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. Staff were very helpful and smiling. Attractive main foyer. Plentiful lifts that always were available. Good swimming pool.

My personal preference is for switches for individual lights. The lighting system used in the room was very complex to use in my opinion, and the lights did not light the room as I would wish. We were told about it on arrival, but there was no hot water for a couple of days. We could live with this. It came right at the end.

Room was lovely. Staff were amazing particularly Florence on reception - any issues she addressed immediately, and Ranu the concierge was exceptionally helpful especially when our luggage was delayed from a connecting flight. Local laundry (self-service) was very cheap and a stones throw away. Large shopping malls also a short walk away. The Waterside area and Filipion Market was nearby (Kota Kinabalu is very walkable - we chose to walk to most places rather than get Taxi's or Grab's). Nice to have a quiet room on a high floor with sea view.

The hotel is popular and at times very busy particularly at breakfast. Breakfast choice was good but more variety of fruits would have been good.

Breakfast was excellent, all d food i’d get for breakfast is available, choices of coffee, i cant ask for more, drinks as well, breakfast area was packed yet we still could easily find place to sit… friendly n helpful staff… when i order room service, it was fast… check in was fast… bellboys were fast to help.. housekeeping did their job well.. i love d hotel n will go again..

I wish bed could be higher but it was nice to sleep on..

Breakfast was great. There was a huge variety of foods and the staff were fabulous. They cleaned up spills straight away and cleaned tables as soon as they were vacated. Reception staff were very professional. They dealt with some exceptionally difficult staff with grace and patience.

We had a room at the back of the hotel and every night about 12 pm we were woken up by garbage trucks. They were VERY noisy.

The location of the hotel near to all of the points of interest such as Pasar Besar Kota Kinabalu, Anjung Senja, Todak Waterfront, KK Night Market within the city center were fantastic, lot of nearby walking distance mall surround the hotel, ample parking space for the hotel guests. The breakfast was good mix of continental and local cuisine. The room was amazing, updated and not obsolete , very well maintained facilities in the room. The view from room was magnificent and mesmerizing. Moreover, it was easy to get any Grab e-hailing car at any time and bataras convenience store to supplicate your needs besides the hotel definitely added plus points!

Facilities are good. Breakfast also nice. The view is just so so. (I paid for the view ... sob sob) But, the staff are super nice, helpful and friendly. 100 stars for them.

I booked for 3 days 2 nights and have to extend another night as my flight is postponed. There is a foul smell which I think coming from the carpet the moment I enter the room. And of all time, the electricity cut out right after I extend my stay. Although not taking too much time to fixed, still..... I regret not asking for a different room when I have to extend my stay.

We had a junior suite (6th floor) which was spacious and extremely comfortable, much better than expected. The harbour view from our room was superb, and lovely large well-fitted out bathroom. The lifts were fast and very little waiting, unlike some other places we've stayed. Lots of local eateries within a short walk.

Disappointed to find the pool closed for six months - probably wouldn't have booked if we'd known, but wasn't actually a problem. The dining room at night was very impersonal, and we were surprised that the bar was closed on Tuesday nights. Initial check-in was slow (waited over 15 minutes to get to the counter).

the room was cozy and comfortable hotel lobby was big and nice the location very near to the airport the food was okay there is live band at the lobby and we enjoy the show

at first they give uncomfortable room due to high occupancy, that room is totally out which is you need special card to switch on the electric. however, manage to change new room.
