I like the view from the room that we stayed. We can see whole towards Kota Kinabalu from high place. The place is nice and comfy,which is great value for money. We can watch sunset in the evening, although during my time it was gloomy weather. On the suite,enable you to cook for your own, although I believe it only light cookings.

WiFi connection is not great, but it's ok cause we still could use mobile phone line. The gym have 2 threadmill,but both are not functioning properly. The gym are not free from unused stuff, broken table are placed there. We have to use stair to rooftop area which is area of swimming pool and gym, but the stairs area are not clear from things. After people swimming in the pool, usually they are still wet,thus, water from their footstep is all over the floor at level 13 towards the lift area.

We spend two nights here and i must say that everything was excellent.The location of the hotel is quite close to the mall and it is very convenient for me to travel back and forth.As for the room,it is super comfortable and cozy.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who want to have a nice and comfortable stay.

Parking is adequate. The reception is very cordial and check-in was a breeze. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The halal breakfast is superb. Highly recommend for leisure stay.

I like the room size. It's big and my children loved it. The breakfast is delicious. Chicken curry is my favorite.

The swimming pool and its surrounding looks untended. The gym also didn't allow the users to use shoes. It would be great if there was some improvement in these facilities. Thank you.

Small TV size, limited TV channel. Aircond remorte control not properly functioning. Washroom door lock not properly functioning

I booked for a weekend with family. The children loves the rooftop pool. All good.

All good I guess. Except you have to call reception on how to turn on the TV.
