The bed is so comfortable to sleep. Air conditioner is cold. Water is clean. Toilet is functioning good. Electric plugs functioning good (I can charging my smartphone). The lights is functioning well. There are market stores that I can go to buy something (Level 3). And lastly, The basement parking lot are okay (though we were a bit late reach TD Plaza Hotel, I still can find an empty parking). And lastly, the Hotel nearby the Imago Times Square.
The only thing I scare and worried is the property kind of eerie at night. I almost confused to find my way to my room number (Level 5).

It's quite confusing at the first time when I went to this hotel as it was located on the third floor of Wawasan Plaza,KK. Should have include more signage .

The toilet is a bit run down and the air cond is possitioned weirdly that it was not cold during night.

The room are clean neat and super comfortable. ;) Other staff was helful and friendly ;) Overall the Hotel is super worth to stay ;)
Manager (i can't recall which department i spoken with) with rude attitude and wrong tone of communication skill..nonsense answer provided..not helpful..trying to argue wits me intead providing solution. Im also working under customer service..so please buck up your communication skill before being in that position.Adios!
