The breakfast was excellent & the location is unparalleled. Cleanliness standards were great, thanks to Mukhlis who was our housekeeping staff on 21st floor. If you want to make use of the transport options at KL sentral this is it - almost all lines lead to KL sentral one way or another & the hotel is at literally spitting distance from the station not walking spitting distance top it up with a fairly sized mall access direct from hotel to Nu Sentral mall. The surprise & the highlight for me came when I was checking out & one of the helpers asked me about my onward journey, I was due to take the KLIA xpres train to the airport & had 7 pieces of luggage that I was planning to cross the road to the station with in turns of 1-2 pieces per road cross. I think the helper's name was irwan & he offered to get the luggage to the station, not only that he helped us cross security loading & unloading of luggage right till the batik air flight check in counter. This ladies & gentlemen was truly 5 star service from a 4 star establishment. There is no doubt in my mind that if I return to KL this establishment will be one I'd check back into without a doubt! For kids & fams, decent sized infinity pool was a plus with excellent timings, longest I have ever seen in a hotel since 2011.

Although water bottles were complimentary, maybe install water dispensers or give larger 1.5 litre bottles to reduce plastic waste. Breakfast end time should be expanded to 11am, some of us are there for vacations & would like to operate at a slower pace!

I have stayed at this hotel regularly since 2015, usually for long periods of time eg. 19 nights in 2022 and a total of 15 nights (2 nights then 4 nights then 9 nights) on this stay. I like the hotel's central location, the helpfulness of the staff and the facilities that are offered. It is right next to e KL Sentral Station from which trains, buses and taxis go, and there is a large shopping centre (NuSentral) next door. I had an issue with my room allocation on the third part of my stay this year which was quickly resolved when I wrote to the manager. The hotel also offers a very comprehensive breakfast.

Food prices in the restaurants are extortionate as is the cost of getting laundry done - this is not unique to this hotel though. The hotel is also not very good at acknowledging regular guests. As I said earlier, I have stayed at this hotel many times since 2016 and yet I am never welcomed back as a returning guest! I stayed there for three separate periods this year and yet was 'just another guest' when I returned each time. It would be nice to be acknowledged when returning, a characteristic of great hotels all over the world.

The breakfast was outstanding, a large and varied selection kept well topped up. The location (for me) was excellent, close to the KLIA Ekspress and monorail. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the rooftop pool area was very welcome after a day out.

There was just something a bit missing. The hotel is modern and fairly trendy, but at the cost of any soul or character. My room was upgraded, and was comfortable and pleasant (the bed was the biggest I've ever seen), but still a bit utilitarian rather than luxurious. But maybe that's the intention. Still good value overall, I think.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Despite Le Meridian & the Hilton near Aloft, this hotel should be your go-to hotel. It's priced much less than the other two & provides pretty much the same facilities and comfort. My room on floor 21 had a spectacular view, a lot of thought has gone into the planning of the room with regards to the toilet, lighting, safe vault etc. The staff were extra polite and if you are a bonvoy member you have extra privilege like early check in and late check out. 24 hrs room service. There is convenient store very close to the hotel. The Nu Sentral mall is just a few yards away making it very convenient for shopping especially during adverse weather. The breakfast was very good with a widespread selection.

Not really a complaint but the table at breakfast had only basic cutlery. One would have to go a designated area to pick up additional cutlery as well as sauce, sugar, salt & pepper, paper towel etc.

The location of the hotel is great advantage., walking distance from Central station. If you plan business trip or sightseeing this hotel is highly recommended due to location. The room was really spacious and comfortable. The selection for breakfast was really great.

The need to use credit card for guarantee of payment and deposit in hotel. The staff does not accept payment card for guarantee which does not make any sense in my opinion. This should be customer choice if for guarantee use credit or debit card as this may have difference in settlement with bank. From hotel perspective this should not have any difference as money for guarantee are blocked for final payment. Hopefully final payment was made by debit card. So you need credit card to stay in this hotel.

I love the environment and the location. KL Sentral station is just few minutes walk from the hotel and it's easy to access from the link bridge. Do take note on the time tho cause you wouldn't be able to use it after 10pm. Highly recommended this hotel as it's the centre point of the city. Easy access to MRT/LRT/ERL/KTM/Monorail

Long waiting time for lift. We had breakfast during our stay amd we waited for approximately 30mins for the lift cause it's always full when it reached our floor. On the last day of our stay, by the time we reached the restaurant, it was almost 10am and we were in a rush.

Loved the room. We hadn't taken the breakfast option so can't comment on the breakfast. The next good thing was the location. It was so central, and the fact that we could check in early at the Malaysian Airlines counter just across the road was an added bonus. The pool was great and having a mojito on the roof top was a really pleasant experience. I liked the touch of many phone charge points at the different tables (had I been working that would have been a serious plus) pool table and children's play section in the reception area

I guess the ventilation in the bathroom could have been better... there was no extractor fan or vent, so it could get quite steamed up and smelly for a bit.

really enjoyed my stay at Aloft KL Sentral. The location is excellent, being conveniently close to the KL Sentral station, which made transportation around the city effortless. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean, with a vibrant design that added a touch of fun to the experience. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist. I particularly appreciated the rooftop pool area, which provided a great spot to relax with stunning city views. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes. Overall, the combination of convenience, comfort, and excellent service made my stay memorable. I would definitely recommend Aloft KL Sentral to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Great location with its own link corridor to KL Sentral station, so easy access from the airport and into the more touristy parts of the city via the metro. Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. The pool is small but was never that busy when I went and the sun loungers were great. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Outside of going to Nu Sentral Mall for nearby restaurants/food courts (where there is a good number of choices) it's not really walkable to any other nearby areas - having said that, KL in general isn't that walkable so recommend just using metro/Grab to get anywhere.
