Super convenient location, next to Nu Sentral Mall which has many floors including top floors with restaurants, and next to the KL Sentral train station which includes the KLIA Express stop from KUL airport (30 minutes non-stop one-way ride for RM 55). Nu Sentral Mall also has ground floor restaurants facing the street, across the street from this hotel. There are numerous other local restaurants in the neighborhood which are very active during lunch time as this is a very busy area for office workers. This hotel also has an attached restaurant. Lots of shopping at the Nu Sentral Mall which is air conditioned. There is a bus stop nearby which lets you catch buses to all areas of the city (use Google Maps for bus numbers), but you will need to buy and top up a RapidKL bus card first; otherwise use Grab (Uber) for taxis which many people do. Budget hotel at a competitive price. The shower worked fine, the mattress was firm, and the room was a decent size. I found this hotel to be a very good place for connections to and from the KUL airport (KLIA Express).

The room was so tiny! 🤏 I guess that's what I get for choosing the budget option. 😅 #BudgetTravel #SmallButCozy. AC wasn't working properly, so I tried to contact booking.com, but unfortunately, they didn't reply. 😤 The owner of the property, however, was incredibly kind and understanding. He refunded the entire amount for my stay! 😱 I was so surprised! I had only asked for a partial refund since the AC wasn't working and I lost sleep until it was repaired at 2 am. The hotel is at a fantastic location, from which one can easily access the public transport and every other important part of the city. Apart from that, the fact that it's in Little India means a lot of tasty and affordable Indian food just a few steps away. NU Sentral mall is across the street, several convenience stores in the vicinity too.

The only slight inconvenience was that the window was oriented directly towards pedestrian overpass, so that passers-by can see the entire room in detail while heading to catch the train. This didn't bother me much, though.

Overall, hotel is comfortable and immaculately clean. Bathroom is spick and span with toiletries such as gel soap, shampoo and even toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. There is a freezer coupled with coffee corner to mix drinks. For Muslims, a prayer mat is provided and direction for 'qiblat' is indicated. Even the staff is friendly and always greet the guests. All in all, the hotel is strategically located as it is accessible to restaurants, convenience store, KL Sentral and other mode of transportation.

Air-conditioner is a bit too cold even after reducing the temperature and the room is not that spacious for three people. Hopefully hotel management could address these issues.

It’s conveniently located at KL Sentral with easy access to public transport. The property and the room were clean, comfortable, and as advertised. The room has a kettle with coffee/tea, a small refrigerator, AC, TV, hot water, toiletries, and wifi throughout the property. Free breakfast was offered in the adjoining Indian open-air restaurant downstairs and is simple but tasty. I only stayed one night, but am a repeat customer because the staff is amazing. Again, they smiled, assisted, and communicated professionally and kindly.

My room faced the Main Street and public transport platforms. Whilst I could hear noise, it didn’t bother me and I slept well.

Friendly staff, clean room, proximity to lots of places such as Monorail Station, LRT line, shopping mall, train station ETS, few stops from Petronas Twin Tower and all other attractions As a Muslim, I love how they provide the slipper for wuduk and sejadah. It's a simple extra that is great. Food wise, the hotel is surrounded by lots of restaurants (Mamak attached to the hotel, some brand restaurants in the shopping mall which is just in front of the hotel. If you have heavy bags once you arrive at KL Sentral from the airport or ETS, the hotel has the advantage to be located just in front of the elevator and escalator from the bridge crossing the road from KL Sentral.

For the price, for sure the location is not luxurious but perhaps some actions on cleanliness in front of the hotel can be considered. Nevertheless, inside this small hotel, it's totally clean.

The staff is so effective and friendly when we request something from them such as needing a hair dryer. Especially the staff - mr Kayes is very helpful when we at waiting check out lift. The receptionist also helped sign my parcel when I informed the staff in advance. The location is next to the monorail station and nearby all public transport that we meet. There is no noisy sound from outside.

It is quite confusing the address & name of the hotel mentioned because the address mentioned in the confirmation shows another way in Google maps and the hotel's real name is "Easy hotel" but here is the mention of "ESSY hotel". Air-conditioning in the room has a noisy watery sound all day long.

Everything except the noises. - The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really like their service and enjoyed the stay here. - Location is unparalleled! It's next to KL sentral station and it's the best starting point to exlpore KL. There is also a Grab pickup point nearby. - It's next to a KK convenient store and a money changer. Also next to Nu sentral mall. Super convenient. - The room is small but clean Very good value for money.

The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear everyone talking outside the door and the broadcast from the KL sentral station. If the noises do not bother you, then this is definitely a perfect hotel to stay. I like everything else.

There are many things to like: Fabulous location opposite KL Sentral Station and Mall, clean rooms and serviced daily, excellent reliable, strong wifi. Helpful, friendly staff. Very good value for money. Lots of Indian food surrounding hotel

Hotel location good..... Just in front of NU Sentral. All the main transportation options available in front. Room was small but comfortable.

Lift was always "full load" and slow. Small hotel, small lift.
