Good and lively location, easy access to KL Sentral. there's a mall (Nu Sentral) right across the road for shopping, dining. KK Mart and 7-11 available within short walking distance. Room is decent. Strong wifi signal. Staff friendly and helpful. Safety wise, there is a police booth outside the mall facing this hotel. If you are a big fan of indian food, this place has lots! Will definitely pick this place again next time. Thank you for your service! :)

Only 1. there is an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom every now and then. Maybe the drainage? sink? not sure. I close the bathroom door each time so...I am good, I guess. 😅 I am not that bothered but others probably would.

Great price for this central location, with KL Sentral train station a short walk away, as well as many food options, convenience stores nearby. Efficient and considerate reception and housekeeping staff.

Noisy neighbourhood - my room faced a back alley where it sounded like big pots and pans were being banged around until midnight. There was also some machine rumbling outside almost all through the night, like a giant truck engine. But this is not the hotel's fault, and for such an affordable room rate, I know there's always some kind of inconvenience somewhere that I have to accept, so it's okay.

Really good price and location. Short walk to the station for the train going to the airport. I tried the cheapest room, for one person. Really small, but I won't complain, considering the price. Just don't choose this room if you have anything bigger than airplane cabin-size luggage, as you can't move around anymore when you open it. The hotel wi-fi was pretty fast and stable.

No space on the little desk to put my laptop. I had to put the tray with the coffee/tea things on the bed whenever I wanted to open up the laptop.

Stayed here 2 times. First time we had a big window and a smart TV which was a good touch. Comfortable bed and clean room. Second time the room we were booked into, the AC didn’t work and was just blowing hot musty air. We asked to move rooms and staff were helpful and let us move. Room didn’t have a smart TV but was still comfortable. Area of the hotel is very good as you are right next to the central station and shopping centre.

Room with the window was quite noisy so room without a window is your best choice if you care about noise.

The room is enough for staying the night,the room did reminded me of the airport hotel, where u have a small table for kettle, the bed and bathroom. Clean sheets and nice room Isolated for noise despite that from the corridor you hear sounds of tge street some people goes and open tge window so they can smoke and when they finish they leave it opened, i did wear a 2 ringgit malay ear plugs to sleep.

The fact that they didn't provide additional sheets or asked us to wait for the next day to get a clean sheet, because they lack staff.

Great location, opposite KLSentral/NuSentral especially for onward travel by rail and for access to KLIA (KL International airport). Plenty of restaurants and shops. The room rates were great.

There aren't any hooks to hang anything in the bathroom or bedroom. Even the wash basin doesn't have any shelf to put your toiletries. The toilet roll holder is way up high so you have to stand up to reach it.

Most strategic location for travelers. Within a few steps from Kuala Lumpur Sentral station. Also you can find absolutely whatever you need within steps/minutes: Shopping Mall, local dirt cheap and excellent restaurants and eateries, various service providers, FX places, etc.

It was a bit noisy (the street was quite busy) but still bearable. But to expect some 5 star hotel sound proof windows for that price, I would consider being very El-cheapo.

The location is very convenient for commuting to different places. Also near streetfood, restaurant and mall. Wifi was quite fast. They provide hair dryer, kettle, glass, cup, coffee, tea etc in the room. Common iron(board) is available too. As there is water filter, you can refill ur bottle so no need to keep buying water :)

The room was smaller than i expected. Very compact so its good for only a short stay of 1-2 days.

The place is conveniently situated near Nu Sentral/Kl Sentral and Monoreal. Its easy to travel around. Price were reasonable. It was my second time staying there. Receptionist was professional explaining about check in and out of the hotel. My room was comfortable. Probably its time that they change the towel. It has seen better days i believe. Its just too thin due to worn out and with a bit stain. Apart from that, yes..this hotel is affordable and comfortable/clean. They do provide shampoo and bath gel and hot shower. Iron is provided outside on 1st floor. Not for the fussy traveller. Kalau nak sebis 5 star..ko pegi la hotel Le Meridian kat sebelah tu. Harga pun 5 star gak.
