The room offers a beautiful view and interesting check-in way. You can check-in by yourself. This is a special experience!!! The bed was comfortable, and the space was spacious, making it a great place to stay. The hotel is very close to many famous spots, as like Pavilion, Janlan Alor, and other bustling shopping areas. You can walk in just 5-10 minutes to there. It’s very convenient. There are also plenty of parking spaces, which is great for those driving here. However, you must first check-in to get the room key to go into the parking, because the guard will ask you the “booking number” or room key. Without room key or booking number, you will be stopped outside and unable to enter.

The part I was most dissatisfied with was the ac temperature. Even though I set to 28 °C, it was still very cold!!!!!! Secondly, the live sports broadcast on the TV had no video, only audio. You can choose another channel to watch. thirdly, while opening the curtains offers a nice view of the greeny, it also provides a clear view into other rooms, which making me uncomfortable.

Located southwest of Bukit Bintang's central area, this property is 10 minutes from popular spots like Jalan Alor Food Street, Art Street, Times Square, etc. There is a convenience store and a supermarket with an ATM next to the hotel building, and grabbing a taxi with the Grab app is never an issue. The bed was super comfortable and the pop interiors of this hotel are impressive. The hotel is super clean and the breakfast spread was just right. We arrived at 0200AM in the morning and did not have any problems thanks to the 24-hour reception. The checkout is also very fast and smooth. You cannot enter the hotel without your room key card after 2400, which is a good security measure.

Nothing to dislike here.

not having the room serviced on day 2 was a shocker, especially since we only discovered after lunch that we could have scheduled it housekeeping switched out the floor mat and gave water which remediated some. found some things a bit worn and grubby, especially the fitted carpeting in the hallway on the 8th floor, it needs a good clean and refitting. duty manager needs to up his friendliness game, the rest of the staff were very pleasant

Great location and value for money. With CitizenM you know what you’re getting and KL doesn’t disappoint! The rooms are a good size, great bed and shower.

There were a few niggely thing unfortunately - the wifi on the 6th floor was patchy at time (and not just when it was raining), the aircon was not particularly cold in the rooms and lastly, while the choice at breakfast was good it was proactively replenished, so you’d end up asking staff… These are minor points really!

This hotel was so cool, simplistic take on modernity. It felt very relaxed but modern, embracing technology with some cool features in the room like an electric black out blind, a "control everything" ipad for temperature, lights, light colours, TV etc. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Shower had great pressure and temperature. The room was quite small which didn't bother us but important to note for some. Staff were really cool and friendly, always in the lobby with a smile ready to greet you or give advice on where to go etc.

Located right in the center of Bukit Bintang. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have a good size. The interior is more in the business-standard style. There is the possibility to control lightning, A/C, TV, blinds remotely via an App on your mobile phone - which we found super nice. The hotel has a co-working concept which makes it ideal for digital nomads or people that still need to work a few hours.

Until our departure nobody told us, that there is a partnership with the hotel next door in order to use their pool. That would have been nice to know before :) Breakfast did not wow us. We only had it one time but it was pretty (boring) western standard.

CitizenM is essentially an upmarket pod hotel with a really great shared space around the reception area. The rooms are tiny but well equipped and fully automated.

Size of rooms.

The hotel is perfectly located in the Bukit Bintang area, has a very modern feeling and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms, although quite small, are very clean, and you can manage everything with the tablet provided by the hotel. I liked the possibility of having a night light, and that you could choose the color. The bed was extremely comfy and it was, if I am not mistaken, king size, allowing you plenty of space, even if you are sharing it with your son in between. Many location to visit are within walking distance, or with a very short Grab ride, depending on your needs.

As written above, the rooms are pretty small, although they are functional and not missing anything. Keep that in mind based on what you would like to have and how much time you want to spend in room, how many luggage you have, etc.

The hotel surpassed the expectations. I've explored previous reviews and saw it has a good noise isolation and "night mode" - it is 100% true. No neighbor, street or other noises, I enjoyed my sleep on a good bed. Aircodininoing operating mode quite, all perfect. Room space was a bit small but absolutely fits the tourist need: Sleep, not to stay for a longer. Great breakfast with local and international food. We had a dine in one evening - all cool. Very friendly services, helped us ordering cheap taxi via the app and served brilliant on all other requests. Famous found street is just 200-300 meter far from the hotel.

The staff at this CitizenM is really nice. For example, they allowed us to check-in well ahead of time after seeing how exhausted we were when we showed up. The first room we were given had a strong smell so they gave us another room without any hesitation. The room itself was comfortable, we really liked the bed and it was quiet (facing inside court). However you can't open the window not the blinds as other rooms would see you. The breakfast had both vegetarian and non-veggie options. The food was always a bit cold but it didn't bother us too much. The hotel's location is perfect to explore Bukit Bintang. Did I say the staff was extraordinarily nice?

I can only think of 2 points: the room was a bit dated. You could see it was used (for example some rust in the shower). The breakfast food would be better if it were kept warmer
