Self check in is a good idea..communicating with property staff via whatsapp is not a problem,what makes me not satisfied is staff only give instructions but never want to reply queries.I asked where to pay for breakfast as i opted for breakfast,no answer not even a . 😠

the location was fantastic, you can walk to China town, chankat and berjaya time square as well as pavilion so you have lots of options of things to do and places to eat.

when booking the room we were given the impression that we will have pool access and the kids will have beds. kids had a thin small mattress on the floor each and the pool was in another tower from where I room was so not so accessible. pool is in north tower we were in south tower don’t even know if our access cards allowed us to go to the north tower… did not seem like it did. Would have preferred to be on the other side of the building with kl city few, we were looking out on Berjaya Time square.

Smooth check-in process as the Host communicated with us 2 days earlier and guided us with all the required info. The room that I expected was 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed but what I got was 2 Queen beds, my kid had a blast sleeping on his big bed! Room was clean and comfortable, the place has big swimming pool and the rooftop view was superb.

The security guard at the swimming pool was strict , need to follow the swimming attire.

Travelled with my two kids and husband over the early Jan New Year period 2025. The apartment we stayed in the rooms were neat, tidy, the sheets however could be bought new ( they were clean, however they had thread coming out). It is the S21-09. The bathroom is clean. The showers are fantastic. It is a single bathroom and two bedrooms ( single queen beds in each room). There is always a ventilation problem generally (in the bathrooms) in Malaysia with the tall residence apartments, so you either have to keep the bathroom vent on, or ignore the problem. The view isn't the best ( the rooms on the opposite side have a much better view of Merdeka 118). However the light nights are fantastic. For a 4 day stay this is perfect. It is a very convenient location for Grab. Not so convenient if you have little kids and you want to use the Metro/Train. It looks close by on the map, but it is a distance of about 1km to get there. As you have to walk round. Berjaya Times Square Mall is not far from the metro, and the closest to Robertson. Hospital and Church are walking distance from Roberston. There are four restaurants on the ground floor - good food, so you don't have to look far. Two small shops that have some basic breakfast groceries, and easy to buy bottled water. The lifts get packed during check out time, and Grab gets difficult to use when everyone is rushing, so plan to leave before the 10 or 11am rush. Robertson has great facilities- pool, outside gym. The kids enjoyed both of these. There is no life guard, so best to ensure one parent is with your kids. There is a washing machine - this was very handy.

My kids have food allergies, so we needed a working microwave which is not present in the room. Also the room only has one electric induction cooking spot. So this made cooking for my kids very difficult. We requested a microwave, and the whatsapp team that handles this room, were efficient and brought it in the next day. However, it took 3 minutes to heat up a cup of tea, and food wasn't hot, jut warm. We didn't bother to complain, we just managed with what we had.

The property is conveniently located close to all amenities and within walking distance of major attractions. The apartment itself is spacious and equipped with all basic amenities for a comfortable stay.

The door entry key retrieval process from the locker system is overly complicated. After struggling with the system and going back and forth between lockers, we discovered there were no keys left inside. We had to wait, standing with our luggage, until someone finally arrived to hand us the access key fob. They have rules and regulations each, with a penalty for breaking them. These rules cover things, like how towels are used, wearing shoes indoors and eating in certain areas indoors. They even restrict bringing certain fruits and fines will be taken from your deposit for any violations.

Vouchers supplied were for Malay/Indian restaurant. Fine for my tastes but may not appeal to wider audience

Smell in room. Advised to pour water down bathroom drain. This should have been done prior to arrival. Host provided air freshener which assisted

Our hosts Simon and Kelven were helpful and were readily available when you need them. Location of the Robertson Suites is very central and you can easily move around within minutes to major attractions. We had a good view of World's second tallest skyscraper Merdeka 118 from our room. There is food street near by on Jalan Alor. There is a big pool, jacuzzi on 42nd floor with view and gym on the site to help you unwind. Pavilion shopping centre is 15-20 mins walk away with lovely restaurants and international quality shops if someone is interested in shopping. Overall it is a great place to stay at if you are looking for an independence.

I didn't get the room with the pool and city view that I booked with booking.com. Moreover, I booked the 2 bedroom apartment for 6 people but unfortunately, the fridge/freezer in the room was so small that it was only meant for 1-2 people. May be host can look into it and change the fridge/freezer to bigger size according to the size of the apartment and no. of guests it offered to host.

Location, the view, instructions detailed, friendly staff, sufficient room for a family , washing machine. Kids loved the pool.

Towels were thin, vacuum didn’t work, pillows were hard an extra swipe key would be helpful
