Our check-in was quick, easy and a seamless customer experience. The room was modern, clean and really spacious, including the bathroom with good water pressure in the showers. Breakfast at the Garden Terrace was so efficient, well-run and accompanied by an excellent service (where the dishes were cleared away quickly yet discreetly). Lunch at the restaurant was also nice and very affordable. The array of food for breakfast was delicious and scrumptious. I was also impressed that the hot / other food were still being replenished by the Chefs at 10am with closing time at 10.30am. The Staff at Swiss Garden Hotel, Bukit Bintang, KL were welcoming and helpful (with special thanks to Martha, Jasjeet, Tushar, Ekhwan, Mashitah and Mohammed). Thank you all for your warm and genuine hospitality during our stay. The Level 3 pool was a good area to relax and take a cool and refreshing swim. As always, final sincere thanks to the Housekeeping team for a job well done. There are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants and Jalan Alor street food market closeby to the hotel. It's also about a 10 minute walk to the Berjaya Times Square Mall and the 'Imbi' monorail station; or to the 'Pavilion Bukit Bintang' MRT. I stayed here for one day since my flight got delayed and the room was okay. Receptionist worked very slow. We came by 1AM and checked in by 2AM previously we stayed at Hilton garden inn where the checkin process was done within minutes even when I need to pay on cash but in this I paid online still the process was too slow. I bought food from outside but they did not even give me the plates which is ridiculous. But the room was good and pool was excellent and on spot behind the Jalan Alor food street. Very good for a short stay

the staff was very polite and helpful the bed is very comfortable good location very near (walking distance actually) the very busy Bukit Bintang street which full of shops, malls, restaurants from different cousins. the breakfast has a lot of variety WiFi was very strong and covers all areas providing 2 bottles water daily with daily cleaning

the breakfast cost is very expensive (48 Rinngit) is almost triple or 4 times the cost of having breakfast from any restaurant outside (same like 7/11 just in front of the hotel) the swimming poll area is very small and the sitting area around it is very small as well not for relaxation the gym room is very small and not well maintained (the bicycle foot rubber was teared)

Clean, spacious room with efficient air conditioning. Good bathroom. Very large and comfortable bed. The location was great - only a 5 minute walk to "food street" & within walking distance (or a very cheap GRAB taxi if you don't want to walk in the heat and humidity)of many of the main attractions/ malls of KL.

The reception area was constantly busy and had the feel of an airport transit lounge without adequate seating. Both the pool area and the pool are small. Good for a quick dip but not somewhere to spend the day.

I visited in April and enjoyed the spacious room and bathroom. My room had a great view of the city. Although some staff were rude, most of them were good. The room was modern and equipped with high-tech amenities.

The buffet was very disappointing. I didn't eat anything because the food lacked spices and salt, which are essential for Sri Lankan tastes. If you are Indian or Sri Lankan and plan to stay for more than three nights, I recommend opting for a room-only option. Additionally, when I arrived, no one came outside to help with my bags, so I had to carry them to the reception and my room myself.

Nice modern hotel, good selection for breakfast of all kinds of food. Modern rooms and modern bathrooms.

Had two singles beds pushed together for my stay with my wife. Wasn't ideal, the beds would slide apart through the night. The hotel gets really busy and is super crowded in the lobby and breakfast times. Location is ok, good 15 minutes walking to the nearest metro station but good location if just getting taxi.

Very small amount of shampoo and body soap. Lack of security as can access every floor without using access card.

Staff was very helpful as my flight was changed to a later time in the day. I just paid for late check-out, and they kept my luggage in the lobby for more hours. I wanted to change my room as i didn't have a great view they changed it as soon there was a room available. Great location to Jalan Alor - Street food, shopping mall all walking distance. Big spacious room a little bit old but great for it price.

Room It was spacious. Bright. Well maintained. Stocked well with required utilities. Regular supply of fresh towels. The AC was fairly good but a wee bit noisy. B’fast The b’fast was indeed a feast to the eyes. But it was pricey. Location Exceptional. Plenty of eateries, super markets, means of transport at walkable distance. The famous Jalan Alor food street is just a stone’s throwaway.

Staff is the first best thing. Special mention to Gia who was just lovely. I stayed in 4 hotels in Malaysia and only Gia was spot on with customer service skills. She is such an asset for this hotel. Location is great as well. 24/7 stores near by. And Jalan alor and shopping centre like pavilion just 10 mins walk.
