Nice interior

The reception is not helpful at all, only focus on telling me the rules and regulation, as in I am destroying the hotel property. It is the first hotel I ever stay that the receptionist is well train on explaining rules and regulation. The receptionist is so "details" line by line and circle the value that I need to pay if I make any damage on the property and not to focus to introduce what I can enjoy for the stay. The receptionist is not helpful and make me like idiots to listen on the hotel rules and regulations. Not a present stay at all.

After reading the online reviews, I was a little worried but everything turned out excellent! Check in was smooth. Receptionist Azra was fantastic and friendly! Apt was big and clean with a huge bath tub. I didnt get to use the facilities but they looked good! For breakfast, I think they got an external provider and it wasnt buffet style. You get to choose from a menu of 6 choices and it was yummy! They could level up by providing drinks for kids too instead of coffee and tea only. The apt had security frequently patrolling around and appeared safe. Grab food had to be picked up at guard house which means no "wanderers" around.

Good location.....walk to Petronas is about 15/20 minutes. Same to the nightlife at Changkat Bukit Bintang. Also to shopping areas. Traffic in the area is pretty bad. Lovely security guys....always great with smile/wave/salute. Room massive and all you need in there. However, it seems nigh on impossible to control the AC, notably in the bedroom, which was too warm even when the AC was supposedly on full blast. There is a ceiling fan that helps a bit. Bathrooms lovely and great bath and shower. Kitchen area good. Ask to have room serviced daily so you can get a restock of water and tea/coffee etc. Building site next door as new tower going up, wasn't really a problem though. Once erected whatever view you can get of the Petronas Towers will be lost forever. Breakfast option at the adjacent place is poor and wish I had not bothered. Seem to have no clue how to make a hot cup of tea, but maybe that is how they do it over there? Another time the food was just sat waiting to come out until I asked where it was. Problem with sockets not working in the room, reported before 9am, reception came up and said would send maintenance to sort it. Returned later at 6pm, nothing done? Told maintenance would come straight away as we were going out again. 30 mins later they turned up and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Don't bother emailing the place as they do not reply. Thai restaurant around the corner was nice as well as the Brussels beer cafe.

The best thing was the location and we love the space. Really a stone's throw from major attractions but not too busy. The room was fantastic with a good view and the service was excellent. The staffs were responsive and helpful all the time.

The facilities needed some major maintenance. Things look great at first glance but we had issues with electrical appliances such as the heater and washing machine.

Magnificent views and an exceptional feel to the apartment, with a beautiful bed and suitable, stylish furnishings. The pool area and grounds were delightful, with many options for lounging and relaxing just metres of the pool itself. The hotel was quite convenient for accessing street market food stalls (including Jalan Alor) and/or both gourmet and moderately-priced restaurants and bars as well.

We missed a coffee machine in the room and a cafe within the grounds of the actual hotel/residences would have been a nice touch. There were many options, however, of finding these just outside the grounds in most directions.

The size of the apartment was perfect, including the view of the spire. We felt very safe here, being enclosed in a group of residences. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they would clean our room daily and wash our dishes. Could walk to lots of major attractions.

Bed mattress was very firm, you would feel a little sore in your joints from the firmness. The aircon was very noisy - 24/7 - the level was so loud it would keep you awake at night. We tried to turn it off, however the noise would continue - it was too hot not to have it on. We kept pressing buttons to have the quiet mode on but nothing would change. It was the only bad thing about the property - everything else was perfect. It was a set breakfast menu at a local nearby restaurant (not a banquet like we were used to), it was nice but limited.

Checking in and out was painless. Front desk staff are extremely responsive, accommodating and really good at their jobs. My compliments to them. I love the spaciousness of the room, complete of amenities that made my stay really pleasant. The strategic location of the apartment is what I really love about the place.

Unfortunately our room was facing another building that was being demolished. Lucky for us, there was no heavy construction going on so we were not plagues with noise. However, one of the days we were there, there was some drilling work happening and we would have appreciated a heads up. Coincidentally, we were going out for the day so the drilling noise did not affect us much. I've been to the property a couple of times and I think a refresh of the apartments is due. Obvious signs of wear and tear but up to the property management to decide of course.

The room was big and spacious for the four of us. Each room had an on suite. Functional kitchen, washer and dryer. Beds were firm, and the room was clean. The breakfast at the two restaurants was average and had minimal western options. There is a great Arabic restaurant across the road. The hotel is in walking distance to the Pavillion and other attractions. Dispite the things mentioned below on the dislike, We would stay again next time in KL.

The aircon couldn't turn off in the lounge, so it was chilly! The dryer needs instructions for use. You cannot smoke or vape on the balcony. You have to go outside the main entrance to the hotel in designated areas. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I had known this before hand.

Property was very well located, easily accessible on many forms of transportation and well known. Ease of check in and check out, and breakfast option good too. Comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Good WiFi

Nice but lacking in more homely comforts. Lack of cookware and facilities in kitchen could be more to allow full use of kitchen. Decor whilst nice not homely (although this could be variable by unit). Unable to choose particular unit meant this could not be checked in advance on other reviews. Older tv meant fire stick could not be used as unable to access WiFi for this purpose. This was a first for us on our travels.
