I love the environment when go to night. At 1st i m worry about the noise from outside the hotel is located beside road, and also worry about the noise of others traveler because my room is swimming pool after a sliding door. Its is surprisingly quite and i can take a good rest after concert from stadium bukit jalil. The mattress also good for rest and so comfortable. Location to my destination is superb. Its only 10++minute to stadium bukit jalil (without heavy traffic).

The rain shower have a bit problem and maybe need some repair, but its do not bring any inconvenient during my stay. Another thing is the walkway to hotel room is not covered, its good for natural lighting but unfortunately its raining dog and cat during my stay, we have to walk in and out thru others rooms to prevent form getting wet by rain water. Other than that, overall of the experience is excellent.

The receptionists were great. They were very soft-spoken. Had some issues with their system update but everything was sorted out quickly and professionally. I hope I get my refund as soon as possible. The breakfast was excellent! The gravy for the roti canai was *chef's kiss* I would come again for the breakfast. The room was big, but decent. The room service provided was good. Although there were only two of us, they also provided one extra super single bed. It's a win for value.

In terms of cleanliness, the floor was a little dusty. There were lines of dirt at the sides of the sink. The curtains were dirty and moldy too. The pillow cases were a little dirty to my liking. Not sure if they changed it after the previous customers. It raised questions about the bed sheet too. The iron in our room did not work. It wasn't as hot as it should be although we had adjusted the heat to the max. The shower valve is broken. The water came out of both the shower and faucet even if you push or pull the valve. It should be fixed to avoid waste. The air-conditioning was loud, even when the fan speed was lowered. I hardly had a good night's sleep.

I really appreciate the warm hospitality from the staff at Espira Kinrara. The check-in process was super quick, and our room was so cozy with a lovely view from the balcony. The pool area is fantastic, featuring slides for the kids and a separate pool for adults! I absolutely enjoyed the breakfast options; they were both tasty and diverse. I highly recommend this place for a staycation that will surely delight your children with simple pleasures!

Hospitality, cafe's food not so bad. Would like to thank mr Fahmi and team for the great effort. Simple room birthday deco for son's bday.. singing of bday song in the cafe really made our nite.. plus complimentary 2px bfast for my teenage girls. Ms reez upgraded our room too! Alhamdulillah all went well!

Pool need maintenance, found some chipped mozek tiles at kids pool. Landscape as well can be polished.. maintenance is the key to keep up the resort outlook. 2nd stay here but both the outside light of the sliding door not functioning. MAINTENANCE... 😁

i like the pool as that is the only reason i book my stay for my kids but notice that the pool need a to be fix soon starting to see wear and tear but other then that all is good

nothing much, just a few suggestion if the family room you might want to change them to smart tv for easy access to netflix for kids to watch at night

The setup of Espira Kinrara is great. The room I had was next to the pool. There are 2 types of pool available, which the deeper side for adult or grown-up kids and kids pool with theme park (slide) type which is great if you come with family. There is food cart in between these 2 pools, selling waffle and burger for "minum petang" The room size is just nice. I had 1 King Bed and 1 Single Bed, perfect for family of 4. The unexpected part is the Breakfast. Variety of food to choose from. Fresh baked bakery! This is bonus point. The restaurant is facing the golf course which is quite a nice view. My booking is inclusive of breakfast for 2 pax. So, I had to pay for RM15 for my kids (I believe it was for 5 years old and above). I considered this value for money Outside of Espira Kinrara, there is Petronas station with McD, walking distance about 5-7 mins

The internet / wifi is not super strong. But acceptable The room has some moldy part on the ceiling, probably due to water leaking from upstairs Parking space is quite limited during peak season

i love all about this place. Cozy and relaxing for me. The environmentso fresh and clean. Breakfast buffet is 10/10... love it. I even asked for a special birthday decoration in my room to surprise my daughter. Overall everything about Espira Kinrara is awesome. Will come again soon for my family healing treatment.

check in process good. room was clean but cannot put all food open coz there is so many ants. kids pool are the best. my kids really love it breakfast acceptable. good if have mushroom soup and garlic bread

Only the room cleanliness just moderate, not so clean but still acceptable. Maybe the staff too rush for the next customer or missed look to clean up some part.
