the room is very clean, comfortable and suitable for kid stay. simple check in and check out. superb wifi connection with smooth youtube loading. very convenient. only 5mins walk to pavillion bukit jalil.

only 1 set of key for 1 room, which is inconvenient for ppl whom go out and come back at different timing. after check out, staff informed that.we can still come up to lobby from b2 carpark after we put our luggage in car in order to take lunch at pavillion b4 go home. unfortunately that is not possible because its either locked or the lift doesnt come.down to b2. we have to walk another way round to go out from aurora building main entrance. waste of time for us to search for exit.

Accoms was nice and big, there's 3 aircons but we only used 2. No stove but has a microwave and cutlery, beds were comfy and pillows were soft! We were on a high floor so the views were also good. There's a pool with a nice view at the top if you also wanna swim. The location was also great, it's in a mall with a supermarket and just across like 50m is a huge modern mall with many nice shops! It was so easy to find food and there's some places that open til late too so you can get supper. The lady managing it also sent full proper instructions by WA which was very thorough. She was super nice!

It's actly not rly walkable to the nearest train station, you'd likely have to grab there. It was also a little confusing on how to check-in when we first got there as there's no reception counter, but just ask the security guard to call them down for you. Also when booking a grab, ask them to come to Rev.o Block C, not aurora pavillion as it's a different entrance!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Aurora Pavillion BJ. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast not provided but you can have in the mall (parkson) just near the property with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Parking a bit confusing when i arrived at the property but i managed to find easier parking in the end. Please do park your car at Level B2, the easiest way to get in the property. Spacious parking lot

Eveything is good and very clean inside the hotel.Very comfortable. Maybe u can provide washing machine in the room

No free parking!!!!!! And when enter parking,its hard to find lift from parking.Really hard and struggle to find that lift and signboard not very clear. I need to ask guard .Cause in Lower ground,no line Line inside the hotel very poor Remote for tv box is slow respond

I like the location is near Axiata Arena as I was going for concert. And it is also near a recreational park as I like to have a morning run. I actually accidentally left my earpod in the apartment. Immediately I notified the property admin via whatsapp about it and asked to keep for me. They were kind and honest enough to keep for me. I came on another day to collect it. My earpods were well-kept.

The gym is too small and is not maintained well.

The location is strategic, the room is considered clean and neat. Bathroom had a bottle of all in one cleanser after many guests complaint that short of bath products, but still can provide a better one.

The parking fee is quite cosy, now is RM15 per day 6pm~6am, after the time RM1 per hour. Still need some time to find the parking lot whereas nearer to the lift to the suites after the hotel staff explanation.

Accessibility to Pavilion & easy entry / exit to highway. Cozy interior, nice design!

1) The unpleasant smell when we entered the room. I think its the toilet. It need better ventilation & strong air freshner. 2) The single (one) room access / power utility card. Preferably if we can have 2, so we can kerp the aircond running (when we leave) during this hot weather. 3) The Youtube channel is set to read outloud in chinese all the video title & description plus all letters / wordings that we typed in! Quite annoying.

loooove this room. so cozy, classy, very clean & minimal. i like the fact that all facilities are complete & very comfortable. the security is very tight as well cos you need the access before even entering the property so it feels safe to stay here. plus, Aurora is just next to Pavillion Bukit Jalil, its just nearby u just need to walk to the other side and tadaa you've arrived. we stayed here just for a day only for attending concert at Bukit Jalil. i would stay here longer if im coming back in the future.

The room is clean and comfortable. The view is nice and is quiet. The staff is nice as my flight was delayed and she was willing to wait for me till 10pm. I forget to bring my toothbrush and toothpaste. She gave me instruction where to buy.

The corridor has a bad smell.

The location is great, walking distance to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. The neighboring area safe and there are a lot of restaurants, cafe, pubs nearby. A nice place to hang out with family and friends.

Airport Taxi drivers unable to find this place. The apartments reception is hard to find. I approached a few people who work nearby, but they also don't know the place. Maybe should stated Revo in the address.
