Walking distance to shopping mall, nearby golf course and national stadium. Very comfortable bed. Suitable for business travellers. Breakfast buffet spread is adequate and fulfilling.overall stay met expectations for this category of hotel.

No complimentary carpark. Expect to pay valet prices per entry. No room service. Bathroom sink was clogged, slow drainage. Pillows felt too soft.

The hotel was new, about a couple of months after opening. It had a great pool at the roof top, with fantastic view. The room was clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although it was located far from the centre there was a big Bukit Jalil Pavilion in 5 mins walk from the hotel with many attractions, stores and excellent food court. Free shuttle bus service runs from the Pavilion to the nearest LRT Awan Besar station and back (check the timetable in advance). There was a Starbucks on the ground floor of the hotel.

We liked everything. The only thing to recommend is maybe adding card payment for drinks and snacks at the reception.

Stayed here with my son and his swim team for a swimming competition. The hotel is new so everything was still pristine, clean and well in order. Room was sizeable - we had a twin room. Bathroom was nice and functional. It's a 5 minute walk away from the Pavilion Mall which offered loads of food, shopping and entertainment.

The entrance to the hotel and the connectivity to Pavilion Mall could be alot better. The round about right outside the hotel is quite dangerous of pedestrian to cross. Suggest putting a hump or something to slow drivers down as they approach the hotel.

No bell boy

A taste of Hyatt Hospitality at its best when Duty Manager, Maddy went out of her way to personally have my work attire steam pressed and returned within minutes when I was exasperated having been waiting for an iron from check in @ 3pm till midnight! I reached out to her when reception/housekeeping/guest services kept assuring me an iron was on the way to me, and voila! like magic, problem solved. Suffice to say my day at work was great, thanks to Maddy! ( all this, despite pulling double shifts due to staff shortage and high occupancy) - definitely a keeper, this one! Thanks to Maddy, I will be back!! :)

There were insufficient irons for the guests to use. Suggest better management of iron distribution/time limitation and retrieval. Sadly, Astro services still affected by the weather :( Also the offerings at breakfast were bland tasting, and could do with more variety

All the facilities are in good and clean condition. Pool area and changing room also spacious. More important is the toilet have spray bidet (really love it)! Staff also all friendly and very helpfull😊

Breakfast menu can add to more option in future..... Because i think it's too pricy for RM50+ (walk in price) but the menu does not have many option.

Went for a short staycation with family. We loved the stay. The room was spacious enough and the smart TV is nice, we could stream and cast our fav shows. Staff was attentive and helpful

No free parking. Only parking options were valet at RM25/entry and RM10/entry at Aurora Place next door.

The cleanliness & relax ambiance.

I booked two king rooms with breakfast but turned out, I need to pay for 4 adults which costed around 203MYR at the cafe. It was an unpleasant experience. I think it's a system error that should be taken into consideration by both booking.com & Hyatt Place Bukit Jalil.

PARKING SHOULD BE FREE / WAIVED FOR HOTEL MEMBERS. PARKING IS AN ISSUE AND THE NEARBY PARKING SHOULD BE WAIVED COMPLETELY. PROVIDE MORE PARKING.

Easy access quiet far from the city though

The chef at the breakfast was arrogant and rude specially when we ordered eggs he responded rudely to everyone who ordered egg.
