My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was remarkable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious with a deep soaking tub and a separate rainfall shower. One of the standout features was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurants offered a diverse range of culinary delights, and I was particularly impressed with the impeccable service and the quality of the food. Whether it was breakfast at the CurATE, every meal was a delight for the senses. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore the city and its attractions. It was my first time staying in FSKL and it was a good experience! Airport pick up and drop off service was satisfying. Check in went smooth and easy and the staff was super friendly. The lobby staffs are very nice! Room is clean and housekeeping is super helpful as well. Easy to communicate through the ipad in the room, with the hotel for whatever you need. In Room Dining food, 100% recommend! Ive had so much delicious meals thanks! time for food delivery was super punctual and warm. Special thanks to Sharifah, Shiela and Neo Xuan. Will come back and stay here again :) thank you everyone at FSKL.

Everything was good except for when I tried to extend my stay at the check in counter at night, it was a bit difficult and slow, the staff didnt seem to understand me, I had to repeat myself again and again. I think their service and attitude could have been better.

The hotel is very modern. Everything in the room is controlled electronically. It does take a bit of getting-used-to, but after a while it becomes very pleasant to use. We are deeply impressed with the service provided at the hotel and believe that it is second to none.

If we have to pick some cons: The app used for ordering services on the tablet in the hotel room is a bit buggy. It often leaves you with a plain button whose function you have to guess. Besides, the steak from the room serivce is overcooked. (I asked for medium-rare.)

Staff are kindly and professionals. Location is amazing. Breakfast is great. Toilet and SPA. Room furniture everything were fantastic except service quality.

The housekeeping is not cleaning properly we found a disgusting condition in the coffee maker in the room when we wanted to fill the coffee. They guy in the pool bar who serves customers is the same guy who was making us an orange juice and was cutting the orange with his hands without washing it or wearing gloves The jacuzzi was not working for 2 days we stayed in and got to know it is always having issues.

This was a true 5 star hotel. I believe the service and facilities were world class, Can't express how much I was impressed with the stay. I wish I booked another week. The pool was amazing too, the water filtered subtly so you dont' smell like clourine and had a fantastic time.

I would say the only one negative item was their lifts were so quite you'd miss the door that opened. So i felt the ding could be louder or more obvious to make the guests know which door opened.

The hotel is really beautiful and just right next to KLCC which is really convenient for shopping and easy access for food. The breakfast spread was lovely. It was also nice to be greeted by one of the chefs! I also really enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and steam room. We booked a city view room and was really impressed with the views! The hotel opened in 2018 and is really modern with the light switches and controls for the curtain! The gentleman (I didn't get his name) on check-in was really friendly and attentive. So was Farah on checkout. All-in-all impressed with the professionalism and hospitality!

Went for a honeymoon! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and polite and great conversationalists too. The Golden decor is lovely, and if you need help with booking things, the staff book it for you or help you with the bookings. They have a massive gym and a whole floor for spa treatments. The pool is beautiful and it has a sight to oversee some of the city! They also have an executive Lounge which provides afternoon tea and evening food! They have a breakfast buffet which is worth dying for, you could eat enough there and not eat again till the next day. This place is a 10/10 hotel
